Fantastic hotel excellent staff willing to help, hotel central to everything
Pros:

I'll start with the staff very friendly and extremely helpful, we arrived 6:00am and they stored our luggage and which allowed us to explore the city and our room was ready at midday which allowed us to rest up, before going out. Breakfast is great, the hotel is beautiful, the room spacious well appointed, as well when we checked out they looked after our luggage to allow us to explore before we left late afternoon.

Lovely historic hotel in a great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel on Shamian Island. More luxurious than I expected, it was a great place to stay. Nice Chinese restaurant in the hotel,

Cons:

The bed was very firm, too hard for my sore hips. I had to take the duvet from the other bed and fold it in half to sleep on, like a mattress topper

Отличный отель. Вкусно. Внимательный персонал.
Pros:

Расположение. Вкусные завтраки. Очень внимательный персонал на ресепшен . У меня был день рождения и нам повысили категорию номера бесплатно и в день рождения подарили вкуснейший торт со свечками от отеля. Это было очень приятно.

Cons:

Некоторые посетители курят и от этого есть запах в коридоре и иногда в номерах. Но это запрещено и персонал отеля быстро на это реагирует и пытается исправить ситуацию

Beautiful hotel and location. Excellent breakfast
Pros:

The best feature of this hotel is its location. Shamian Island it’s a former foreign neighborhood with pittoresque colonial style houses. Very boutique.

Cons:

Beautifully decorated interior. Rooms were spacious and for the most part clean ( depending on the room, sometimes it smells like cigarette and humidity- hence my review for an 8). But I talked to the staff and they accommodated me very quickly to a different room. Also the breakfast buffet is awesome.
