Minden rendben volt, a metró 10-15 perc séta, onnan bárhova el tudtunk jutni
Pros:

Nagyon jó szálloda, a reggeli kitűnő volt, a személyzet segítőkész a kommunikáció csak fordítógéppel volt megoldható, mert egy-két ember kivételével mindenki csak a kínai nyelvet beszéli még a recepción is.

Cons:

Többször vonták le a kauciót a bankkártyámról is a nyelvi hiányosságok miatt.

Great hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights and although it was a big hotel we were looked after personally. The room was nice,big,clean with nice amenities. The restaurant was nice and the food was excellent.

房間大、乾淨舒服、服務超棒，親切熱心，可以代收和代退貨包裹，洲際會員可以入住到兩點。看演唱會地點方便，叫車去五棵松約15人民幣，整體入住體驗非常棒。

Im Kaffee in der Lobby wurde mir gesagt, dass ich die Rechnung nicht auf mein Zimmer schreiben lassen kann, da ich keine Deposit geleistet hätte. Diese Aussage war natürlich falsch und wurde auch von der Bedienung nicht vorher verifiziert! Im Gegenteil es verhält sich so, dass das Hotel die Deposit bis heute noch nicht aufgelöst hat, wenngleich mir gesagt wurde, dass dies binnen 7 Tagen geschehen würde!!!
Was ist also hier los?!?! Das Hotel will ganz einfach nur Geld machen, der Kunde ist egal und sobald das Geld überwiesen wurde, kümmert sich auch keiner um die Deposit!!!

Holiday Inn Changan West
Pros:

Great comfortable room with large walk in shower and really comfy beds. Room also had mini fridge, dressing gown with slippers and white company toiletries in the bathroom.
The Breakfast buffet was great choice of local and western style food which was ideal as we were part of a Wendy Wu Tour and wanted to grab something quickly before going out for the day.
Our only issue was with the bar which service was really slow and shut promptly, even for residents.
