Pros:

Close to everything I needed, and easy to find, staff very helpful and had everything i needed.
Easy walk to Stadium and bars.

We had only one bar of soap n othing else, the place is beat up furnature chiped bent even the sign in the elevator was broken, there was a plumbing issue the water kept backing up into the kitchen sink, the tv didnt work

Kitchen. Sink clogged let staff know they never came to look at it or fix it tv had no sound staff said someone would go but not guaranteed they would fix it. Just a horrible stay all together especially for price paid. Then it lists that oatmeal was served and when I asked guy at front desk he tells me I can only give you what's given to me and he wasn't gonna go out of his way. Microwave basically on floor on very bottom self

Plan ahead and stay somewhere else
Pros:

The location near Honda Center and restaurants in the immediate area are great. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

This hotel is more like a motel. It's filthy, low maintenance, smelly and a little creepy. Found a creature in the bathroom.There was a cup that appeared at the tub after we had checked in and came back from eating. Checked our belongings nothing was missing. One of the outlets by the bed was not working. There were stains all over the walls and on the side of the mattresses. I would not stay here again. We only did because there were no more options after we arrived due to a concert.

The location is great, staff were great and friendly. Check in process was easy and fast.

Cons:

Unfortunately walking into the facility your greeted with a unique smell of different foods being cooked by the long term guest. Walls and floor were so dirty just made it feel like they didn’t care about quality. Carpet in my room had holes and stains. Bathroom floor had water coming out of it as if cleaning people moped with a bunch of water that water got into the flooring . During our stay my 2 daughters stayed in the room while my wife and I stepped out. My daughter stated that one of the employees got into the room with a key card and when my daughter asked what was going on, employee said she was just dropping off a towel when we never asked for one. That made me feel a little uncomfortable being that it happened when we stepped out, luckily my daughter was there.
