Nothing
The room was dirty, there was no shampoo conditioner nor lotion. I asked for two extra pillows they had none. Short staffed took an hour to check in.
Dirty and gross
The young man at the front desk when I arrived so late was very kind, at a time when I needed it badly (rough day)
My inability to talk by phone to someone before arrival ( i reached either a phone service or corporate customer service ). That person i spoke on phone with was insisting that because my train delay caused me to be very late for checkin, I was going to be charged and considered a no show by policy. Thankfully, the on site staff was understanding and made my stay pleasant.

Rooms require cleaning...thorough cleaning.. The carpet is so dirty and needs to be removed.

I had to request my dishes and cookware, also had to go to the store to purchase my dish soap and paper towels
It was very close to the location I needed to be at. Parking was easy. Everyone who worked there was very nice.
The room didn't appear to be very clean. Definitely needed updating. Old stains. The room felt moist so the linens seems kind of damp. Screaming children in the adjacent room till past midnight.

It was so filthy I felt like I needed to shower just looking over the room. It was so bad I took pictures, went to front desk and canceled my stay. I to find another hotel at 10pm and they were all booked up near this hotel. I found one 25 minutes away and checked in at 11:30 pm. Still waiting for refund.
I like that there good places to eat near here and there’s security on the premises
You can tell that this places needs a remodel asap. The carpets were so dirty, the elevators are dirty and have a bunch of graffiti. Once I saw all that I was very disappointed with my stay there but I made the best of it. In my room everything looked clean until you walk out the restroom and you see blood on the door! Also the room paint was coming down.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, sufficient for our needs, the coffee was excellent. We really appreciated being able to cook in the room. The air conditioner worked great, important as there was a heat wave during our stay in the summer.
The common areas could have been cleaner.

decent space for two adults and especially two small dogs I brought
well we practically stayed up very late, I ended up going to the restroom and there was a cockroach in the bathtub drainage just crawling around. The photo I submitted it’s very hard to see but when u zoom in the roach is there inside the drainage
