Pros:

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The room smelt like cigarettes. It didn’t have any hangers, iron, hair dryer.i requested the all from the front desk and I was brought up an iron and 5 hangers, no ironing board. The microwave had not been cleaned from the previous guests. There were roaches in the bathroom and outside the door. The windows didn’t work and staff had to bring up cvc pipe to hold open the windows and air freshener.The dresser and chair were covered with electrical tape to hide where a dog had chewed at it.I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean all counters and the bathroom and a candle and air freshener plug in m, due to the awful smell, The hall smelt like dirty diapers and looked as though it had not been vacuumed in months. I never saw a housekeeper and never did one visit my room. I requested a different room but wasn’t accommodated. I kept my cat there for the duration of my stay in town and stayed in another hotel down the street. This place should be closed down it is so disgusting.

I would never ever book here again. We had to get our money back and rebook at a different hotel.
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the property was that it was close to Angels stadium.

Cons:

The property was filthy, smelled like cleaning detergent, homeless people every, super old, not modern, short staffed, broken ice machine, no hot water, the list goes on.

I will never go back there.
Pros:

The room smelled like piss, most probably dogs were urinated inside. Although, the room was non-smoker but people were smoking outsite in fron my room and the smoke was coming inside.

Cons:

Almost everything. Microwave not working, no coffee machine or a kettel. No dishes were there. The room was stinky etc.

We definitely won’t stay ever again!!
Pros:

The staff was nice and the location was walking distance to the Ducks hockey game!

Cons:

We rented 3 rooms for our large family. My husband and I were suppose to have a queen bed in one room and the other two rooms for our sons and their families were supposed to have 2 double beds in each room. When we got there the rooms were 90+ degrees, stunk like death and were very dirty. One of my son’s rooms couldn’t cool off and the smell was so bad my grandkids didn’t want to go in there. It was horrible. Mine and my husbands room ended up having 2 double beds (not a queen), it was filthy, the fridge was very dirty, the bathroom had a broken shower that had running water all night. My son and his family ended up checking out and drove home late at night which was 4 1/2 hours away!!

Cons:

Better hope your key doesn't stop working, cause there won't be anybody to help you if its after a certain hr. The phone on the wall doesn't even reach anybody. I would say this hotel is poorly managed.
