It did its job for a place to sleep with my kids
Pros:

The staff was very helpful at check in and when we needed assistance with the issue in our room with the toilet being clogged and the tub backing up.

Cons:

The bathroom was uncomfortable and unclean. I bring my own cleaning wipes so it was manageable, but I will not be staying here again.

And the amount of people sleeping in their cars on the property is not good for business in such a beautiful city.

Pros:

The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

It was very dirty. Hallways, elevator were scattered with trash. The room wasn’t much better, though my second room was better than my first. The first room had running water from the shower that would shut off. And the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. My second room was a bit cleaner though still gave me the heebie jeebies.

Disgusting and infuriating
Pros:

I complained to booking.com customer service and sent message to property which extended stay staff have yet to acknowledge my issue or even so much as make anything right but my room had a bed bug infestation I have pictures and videos of kive bed bugs and how they bit me which I broke out in hives after being bit. I paid $151 per night for two nights ans to have this issue ans to top it off we called second day in the morning for fresh towels for the guy to say and I quote “oh yeah we don’t have extra clean towels for you” um excuse me for that price a night and u dont have simple clean towels for your guests? And let alone bed bugs leaving me wanting to take multiple showers I didn’t get to sleep well I slept on the little chair cus I was purely disgusted and mortified I’m soooooo beyond upset and I want full reimbursement at this point but it doesn’t appear extended stay staff is trained on taking accountability or show compassion or empathy. Which at a basic human level they should have inheritely. I’m sure no one who works there would enjoy cuddling bed bugs all night while being but and having allergic reactions based off said bite. I’ve seen low ball motels that run a better business than this

Right next to century movie theater
Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the Stadium Promenade shopping plaza, which features a Century movie theater and plenty of dining options including Prime cut cafe, Starbucks, Pit Fire, etc. It’s also just a short walk or drive to the Honda Center arena. A paved bike and pedestrian path runs right behind the hotel, perfect for walks or cycling.
Room & Amenities:
• Full kitchen setup with a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sink, and cabinets
• Flat-screen TV with cable, work desk with office chair, leather recliner, air conditioning, and ironing amenities
• Complimentary bar soap in the bathroom
• Quiet rooms — I experienced almost no noise from neighbors
• Guest laundry, vending machines, and complimentary grab-and-go breakfast
• No security deposit required (though they do hold a debit or credit card)

A few drawbacks:
• Check-in took over 20 minutes
• There was a slight odor in the hallways and my bed had a noticeable pet smell
• No gym and swimming pool

Overall, the excellent location and well-equipped kitchenette make this a solid choice for extended stays or families, but the housekeeping/maintenance issues and lack of basic recreation facilities are worth noting.
