Great place and location at an affordable rate. Friendly staff
Pros:

I love the pool/beach location. Great view. Pool area opens early & closes late, big plus. Also the bed was super comfortable. Bedroom has all the needed amenities.

Cons:

Nothing. I want to come back ASAP.

The check in experience should have been better
Pros:

I like that the hotel was close to the graduation at the Ocean Center that we were attending.

Cons:

I didn’t like the 2 hours that we had to wait for a room. I made reservations approximately 2 weeks in advance. Arrived at the hotel at 3:45 for a 4pm check in. the staff at the check in desk was not very helpful. They were or appeared to be totally unconcerned weather we got checked in or not.

Was a beautiful place and would stay again.
Pros:

Rhe room was so much better than i expected. I think the woman that checked us in was Lori.. Not sure but whom ever she was she was a sweetheart!

Cons:

Only thing we didn't like was the parking. My Jeep would not fit in the parking garage. I tried and it hit the big gray pipe. Other than that there was nothing we didn't like about it.

Great Hotel and Staff.
Pros:

We love this place. We come back every April for our daughters NCA/NDA Cheer competition. It is in the best place for us within walking distance and not crazy busy like the other larger hotels. We are able to use and the amenities without being crowded. Also the staff and Management is the best, they provide anything needed during your stay. Thanks again for another perfect stay with many more to follow.

Spacious & Oceanfront
Pros:

Huge condo-like suite. Had a full kitchen, living room, dining area, separate bedroom, large bathroom, and balcony with an oceanside view. Very clean and spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. Outdoor pool with ocean views and beach access. Nice stretch of beach - not too crowded despite being a holiday week. Easy walking proximity to stores and parking was included & plentiful. Highly recommend.
