Breakfast was fantastic every need catered for ,and all freshly cooked or baked. Locally sourced produce.

I actually thought that this wonderful hotel could not get any better but they have done it again.On our most recent visit we were again met with a wonderful greeting and quickly brought to our room,wow,it was amazing.Newly refurbished to a high standard, amazing decor and our bedroom was unreal.We had dinner that eveningin the fig restaurant and again it was served promptly and of the usual high standard and professionalism.Another remarkable experience in this wonderful hotel and cannot wait to return for our next visit.

Warm and welcoming are the best way to describe this lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Complementary breakfast had such a variety of options, leaving us fueled for the day. The staff in this place go out of their way to know you by name. I would recommend staying here to all my friends!

We stayed here over Easter weekend and found it to be a lovely hotel. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the town. The bedrooms are spacious and spotless. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful, especially the girls at reception and John who was so welcoming and helpful with our bags and on hand with an umbrella when required.

Hotel is in a very central location, the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bathrooms have gorgeous Ground products and are spotlessly clean and modern.
The hotel overall is spotless and the service was excellent. Lovely additional touches, welcome drink, Easter chocolate cake on turn down, scones in a take away box on departure……
We will return!

Lovely hotel , very clean and inviting! John was always so friendly at the door to greet us and help with our bags.

This is our second time staying at this property. It is a lovely boutique hotel with beautiful, spacious, comfortable rooms.

The lobby with its comfortable chairs and fireplace is a great place to unwind at the end of the day. There is also a full bar.

There are multiple breakfast options. We were particularly fond of the omelets. The breakfast hostess Jeuann (sp?) was delightful and we looked forward to morning chats with her.

Located in downtown Killarney and walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shopping it is a great place tp stay. Highly recommend.

the hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. it was my nieces birthday and as soon as we walked in the receptionist knew who she was and wished her a happy birthday! We were also greeted with a lovely welcome whiskey! Our rooms were so spacious and clean, and you couldn't beat the location.

What a fabulous time we had. The hotel itself is so cosy and you are made to feel right at home from the time you walk through the doors. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and well-stocked with amenities. There were added little touches to each of the rooms to make the guest feel that more special. Best of all were the staff, each of them introduced themselves and made us feel so welcome. I'm not sure how they all remembered the names of their guests but they did and it made us feel even more important to them throughout our stay. Will definitely be returning.

This is an absolutely Amazing hotel ! I can't recommend it highly enough!!
We will definitely be hoping to stay here on any future trips planned to killarney.
Perfect location close to the train station and pubs, shops etc.. The room was beautifully decorated to a very high standard and every aspect of this hotel is so nice and spotlessly clean. We ate in the hotel restaurant "fig" and i have to say the food and service is absolutely outstanding. Breakfast was also amazing and all the staff here are extremely friendly and professional and go out of their way to make everyone feel so welcome . Special mention to John our porter and also to Joanne in the Restaurant, lovely people who only made our stay more memorable. We had an Fantastic stay, we will be back again very soon.
