Highly recommend!!! Best experience we had in Ireland!
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal! The hotel and room finishes better than the online photos. The breakfast was great and the service exceptional.

Cons:

Their pillows could be more comfortable and it would be nice if there was more than one drawer for clothing (in addition to the closet rod) — and some hooks by the closet and/or in the bathroom would be helpful.

Decadent stay in Killarney
Pros:

An absolute delight! Elegant lobby with a welcome whiskey to greet you and beautifully appointed rooms with soft beds and decadent bathrooms. Johny was our porter and he was an absolute delight! So helpful with our bags and recommendations for dinner/pints/music in town. Best breakfast of our entire trip!

Would definelty stay again
Pros:

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The staff was welcoming and the restaurant servers were friendly and conversational. Food was very good! Room was spacious, bed very comfortable. Quiet and looks to have been recently remodeled. Very nice choice, would stay again!

Excellent hotel which definitely provides a 5 star service. Very attentive, well informed staff and modern rooms.
Pros:

Stayed here for Saturday night after completing the Ring of Kerry annual charity cycle. Excellent service at the hotel.Very useful location for the cycle as we were to allowed to park across the road in the sister hotel carpark of the Great Southern for free from the early hours of Sat morning (we arrived before 06:00). Very central location but there good soundproofing on the windows, no disturbances from the street outside.John, the concierge made us feel very welcome, we had some great chats with him! The room was beautiful and very modern. Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

We had an amazing stay! Location was perfect- very central to everything. The rooms were comfortable. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our best stay, especially John was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Can not say one thing negative about it!

The one downfall was no drawers available for clothes

Pros:

Ideal location, staff very nice and friendly with lovely touches of snacks in the room. Was on the more pricy side but that’s what you pay for the location which is perfect and in town. Meal in fig was very good.

Our favorite stay during our Irish tour, get to know John.
Pros:

This was our favorite stay during our recnt trip to different cities in Ireland. The property was beautiful and the services were amazing, but the people made it perfect! John, Julia, and Joanna (and the rest of the people we met during our stay) went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. From dinner recommendations to the “welcome whiskey,” they made us feel right at home. Can’t recommend enough, the only small oddity was parking was a couple of blocks away at a sister property, but was free, so very worth it!

The perfect boutique hotel!
Pros:

We absolutely loved the Killarney Royal Townhomes. It is a beautifully decorated high end boutique hotel. We had previously been booked at another hotel. We were very disappointed and quickly found the Royal Townhomes. We were greeted by Yuliia who was lovely, professional and caring. Within minutes we were booked and it made our days in Killarney perfect. We would definitely come back.

One night stay
Pros:

I recently stayed for one night at the royal townhouse with my son who's 12 years old. I can't be praise all of the staff who were so friendly to both of us from check in to breakfast and check out . We would definitely stay again as it was so central and very easy to reach town etc.

Great Stay at Killarney Royal Townhouse
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Killarney Royal Townhouse. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of town and conveniently located for exploring Killarney and many of the area’s top attractions.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Both the breakfast and dinner were excellent, with delicious food and great service.

We would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return on our next visit to Ireland!
