Best hotel in many years
Pros:

Beautiful and spacious room with comfy armchairs. Super clean. Excellent breakfast with a choice of dishes made to order as well as a selection of items at the buffet. Staff, especially the crew responsible for breakfast, were super friendly and tried to fulfill any wish. Walking distance to pedestrian zone and lots of restaurants. Car park located at sister hotel but is just a stroll away. There is a spot for unloading the luggage directly in front of the hotel. Will definitely book again if we are back to this area.

The location was excellent.
Please congratulate all your staff as their attention to detail and customer service was and is unsurpassed by anywhere else we have stayed on our three week trip to Ireland.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed walking the town and Killarney National Park.

Great place to stay with easy walking access to the train station and the town.

Pros:

I like the property very much. On arrival we were told the property was full and booking.com bookends a room without there actually being space. They moved us to another hotel down the streets. This does not make me want to book with bookings.com in the future.
