Motel 6-Cutler Bay, FL

No me gustó que no había limpieza. Todo estaba sucio. El piso parecía q nunca lo habían limpiado. Las camas no le cambian la ropa. En general el cuarto tenía mal olor a sudor. Aunque el personal fue atento.

I booked this reservation and did not get a room because receptionist said they were at full occupancy. No refund was granted by bookings. Very irritated.

No washcloths, they canceled my original reservation, but luckily booking.com had a block of rooms. Only 1 working elevator for whole hotel. TV did not work at all. Do Not Stay HERE!! Motel 6 should be ashamed of this location.

The place should be closed down, not safe at all, electrical outlets exposed to water, hole in walls, place is a dump.

The room was very cold and uncomfortable, I couldn't control the temperature, and the air felt so damp it was like a sprinkler had gone off inside, it made the stay very unpleasant.

The entire property filthy. Burn holes in the curtains and sheets of my room with dirty footprints on the floor and a single stained pillow for a kind sized bed. The room looked NOTHING like the photos online.

Dirty, gross with no daily maintenance or cleaning done inside or outside of building. Pool closed, elevator not working properly I thought I was going to die when it jumped going down cause I thought the cable broke. It also did not have inspection sticker on it.
Room 1 no photos but you couldn’t breathe the smell of smoke was so bad, disgusting and not clean. Tv broken and light didn’t work.
Room 2 photos added. Blood like substance on mirror, dirty, connecting door falling off and the hinges were broken and rusted, the door also did not close all the way or lock making it scary not knowing who could be next door and come into the room. Counter coming off the wall, tv worked but screen was not lined up with picture therefore couldn’t use it and mattresses so gross I didn’t even sit on the bed.

I reserved a room at the cutler bay hotel first I would like to start by stating one because this is unacceptable the whole listings on the website is totally different than the actual property second I come to the property they send me to the room we walk in their is all type of mold and rust in bathroom and on the lights tables and chairs they expect us to eat in that room the room smelled like trash I go to turn on the ac and it’s smells like trash they also tell you not to turn the air off in the rooms or it will cause leaking from the ac what type of rooms are these it’s looks as if people live here i immediately call front desk spoke to lady stating I cannot stay here and how the condition of the room was asking for refund that I cannot stay here due to me goin to have surgery she told me come down and see her just to give me another room key and she brings me to a room that was handicapped and a smaller bed I purchased a king room and ended up in a full bed room just terrible I asked for extra bath towels and sheets they said the wasn’t able to provide them their was supposed to be a fridge and microwave in my room as said and described and shown in pictures on the site which was never in the room we had to go all the way downstairs to heat food up or get ice to keep things cold they said they had a pool when we arrive we can’t use the pool because it’s closed for the whole stay which should be described online which was never in the website as well the whole stay was unacceptable and the customer service sucks they don’t care they do what they want at the service desk they don’t care about customer service at all I ask the lady since she said she could provide sheets she told me just bring them all down the next morning and have them washed I asked her how much is the wash I will just do it myself she said she don’t know so how don’t u know anything if u work here ?
