We’ve stayed here a couple times , it’s never been great but it was cheap & location was great . This past Saturday was it for me though , metro was dragging a couple drug addicts out of a room & arresting them on our arrival & when uber dropped us off later that night there were prostitutes getting picked up from the front office . Whole place reeks of weed & cigarettes. VERY SKETCHY GHETTO PLACE . Avoid @ all costs .
10/10 would stay again. I slept with one eye open and a hand gripped tightly on my pocket knife. Sounds of banging on my door were alarming at first until I realized Dana was on the other side. She sounded like she had a grand time. All my outlets were working and I slept on the floor as both beds were covered in a sticky substance of which I’m not going to discuss. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A drug deal went down later in the night outside of my door. Grand time
We were very disappointed in our room. We stayed November 9-12 for the Opry show. This is a list of issues in room #180.
1) the thermostat did not work on the heater. I had it set to 64 but it never cut off. We had to use it since it turned 36 degrees Monday. We should have moved to another room but that was a lot of trouble.
2) plaster was falling from ceiling above shower. Also the shower was loose.
3) no way to use the coffee maker since the coffee holder was missing.
4) the tv would not work. Manager had to bring us another tv.
5) the 110v outlet by the door had no power.
6) the lamp above the desk did not work.
7) the front of the middle drawer on the 3 drawer chest was missing completely.
We will never stay at this hotel again.
Hotel was rundown. I gave him a credit card for my incidentals had already paid with a third-party full balance. They charged me the full balance again and I had to dispute it on my credit card. Tried to talk to the manager to get the refund. Ignored me wouldn’t answer my calls. It was a real hassle. I wouldn’t stay there very sketch, Hotel and management.
Hotel is NOTHING like the pictures. The door looks like it was broken into, air conditioner was pulled out a few inches when we got there with exposed wires, the broken in half do not disturb sign was laying on the floor covered in tape, dirt, hair and God knows what else, burns on every sheet and blanket on the bed, yellow stain/ fluid in the tub, hair in the fridge, every piece of furniture is way broken down like it has been at the bottom of a mud pit and then attacked by dogs, which we heard barking all night, did NOT get the double queens that I paid for, WIFI never worked and kept getting an alert to reset the router, fire alarm was shoved in a corner upside with hair and candy: Nasty, nasty, nasty, health hazard. I have emailed the General Manager with all the pictures and no response. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Great location. Needs thorough cleaning. Breakfast is minimal, actually went across street for coffee as brew at hotel was bad.
The room is clean. People were nice.
Overall for the price this isnt a bad hotel. The location is not bad, the parking was very open, the nearby restaurants are pretty good and the location is prime for opryland or a shuttle to Broadway. The room pictures on hotel.com seemed a bit nicer then the actual room but that has been a trend with most economical hotels you find on here.
Very convenient location, especially for the price point. Room was very large, bed comfortable, and everything clean. Being in a shopping center felt a bit exposed, but the stay was uneventful and pleasant. No mention of fridge or microwave in the description, but there is both, which was nice. Also, in room coffee & coffee pot, which I always appreciate.
It was cozy and close to a few establishments
Check-in was easy. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and had some recommendations for dinner, etc. Room was very clean. Price was acceptable.
Clean. Some things need repair in the room, but it was comfortable and clean and worked very well for me.
We killed two cockroaches in the bathroom and there was no hot water in Hand sink
Scary bad. From cigarette burns in the bedding, paint falling from the ceiling, wobbly toilet, rotting cabinets and a door with gaps big enough for bugs to come and go. Expedia was able to get me a partial refund... Thank goodness.
Drunk people screaming and fighting at 2-3am in the parking lot, the room was okay, i reserved a deluxe room, there wasn't anything deluxe about it.
Mall right across road.
Good
Poor value. Cockroach at registration. Worst coffee & breakfast ever!...gone early. 2 pillows on king & no more available...6 in pics. Pool not seen from Inn...at Quality Inn (cheaper & better breakfast). Good: bed, bath, Cracker Barrel next door, lots of bars & bands near.
The property is completely run down. The curtains in the room were soiled with bloodstains splattered all over them and were also filled with filth and grime. Areas of the beige curtain were black and shredded. Electrical cables were hanging out of the wall unprotected. When hotel staff were advised of the problems no action was taken. Loud live music of a nearby bar blares nightly until after 11 pm.
