The hotel lives up to the Sheraton branding. Good food, nice room, good service. A great airport option. Given the traffic in the city, I would stay here again if I had a morning flight out of Bogotá.

My stay at the Sheraton Bogotá was great. Special thanks to the Jhon Arogon for his outstanding service—he went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome! When I needed help exchanging money, he brought me directly to the space and ensured all went well.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only issue we faced was with the system update when I upgraded to a VIP room. Unfortunately, the system was not updated properly, and I was stopped at the door for verification, which was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with my family waiting by the door. Aside from this, everything else was wonderful, and the staff truly made our stay enjoyable.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by Yhon Aragón. Throughout my stay, he made sure we were safe and enjoyed ourselves. We also appreciate the security provided by the hotel and the service at La Chimenea restaurant.

I always stayed here. Great hotel
I have been in this Hotel already several times and never had any complains, except this time. The remote control for the blind was not working, so I had to call them 2 times. Next day it was fixed. Apparently, it needed just a new batterie. Also, there was no Hairdryer. Problem was also fixed fast. The only thing I really could not get fixed was the shower. The pressure was very low, and the water was not coming out so strong and also not so hot. They offered me another room, but I did not feel to go around again. Just hope it will be fixed for the next guest, after that would be a bigger issue. Otherwise, I cannot complain about the service. This time I took the airport shuttle, and everything worked perfect. It is close to the airport. I love their breakfast.

Convenient to airport. In person airport shuttle service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful dining place for the breakfast.
Friendly and professional staff, very comfortable bed. Rooms are soundproof and very clean and comfortable. Hotel needs some updating. But all in all very good.
