Ville bare gerne der ind en time med min søn. Men for dyrt.

Förutom spaproblemen bra upplevelse. Väldigt trevligt med pingis, biljard och pilkastning.
Pros:

Bra middag och kvällsmat.

Cons:

Besvikelse i spaet. Mkt problem med skåpen i damernas omklädningsrum, gick inte att låsa/låsa upp. Personal behövde tillkallas 2 ggr.
Översvämning i duschen, söndrigt reglage till duschblandaren, saknades schampoo o duschtvål.
Söndrigt reglage till säng i spaets vilodel. Så upplevelsen blev inte så bra tyvärr.

Toppen, men lite fattig på utbud. Hade lnskat feukt och gröt. Annars var allt väldigt gott.

Every time I go south, I stay here
Pros:

The dinner and breakfast always have good options, the food is always warm and tasty. The family room is huge, well equipped and cleanliness is 10/10.
The hotel location is very good either to visit Lund city center or going to Malmö and Copenhagen.

Cons:

No desserts :(

The spa area had a very pleasant scent, and there were nice ritual elements in the bathing area, which we appreciated.

Cons:

We were not able to use the spa because we didn’t book a time slot in advance. Unfortunately, we were only informed about this upon arrival.
Dinner was simple, and the selection of meat dishes was quite limited.

Schönes Zimmer mit vielen Mankos
Pros:

Das Hotel ist extrem auf dem Digitalisierungstrip. QR Code zum Buchen des Frühstücksslots, zum Vorabbeantworten von Fragen, bevor Mitarbeiter gefragt werden sollen, zum Buchen des Slots für das Spa. Digitalisierung ist modern, aber ein persönlicher Touch wäre angemessener und würde dem Gast echte Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit vermitteln.
Das Spa muss extra bezahlt werden und konnte wegen "Überbelegung" von uns nicht genutzt werden.
Unser Zimmer war groß, das Bett bequem, aber mit 1,40m Breite recht schmal für 2 Erwachsene. Obwohl das Zimmer im 6. Stock lag, war der Straßenlärm sehr deutlich wahrnehmbar.

Fazit: Das nächste Mal würde ich ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren.

Luksus og afslappende
Pros:

Rigelig morgenbuffet - der var et stort udvalg og der blev hele tiden fyldt op. Aftensmadsbuffeten var også fin med en lækker salatbar og et udvalg af gryderetter og kartofler/ris. Venligt personale sørgede diskret for at rydde borde og tørre af, så der hele tiden var lækkert og indbydende. Det var en god ide, at man skulle betale ekstra for ophold i spa-afdelingen - så var den ikke så overrendt. Tværtimod lækker og ren og luksus.

Cons:

Vi kunne have brugt et større udvalg af ost i morgenbuffeten, men ellers var udvalget fint. Vi var der i tre dage, og så havde vi også været igennem salatbaren og aftensmaden.
