Great staff, SPA, breakfast, bus stop next to the hotel.

Cons:

In my first room, the toilet chair was very dirty and the fridge was not working. As a result, I had to change to an upgraded room. Unfortunately, the problems continued, as my room was not cleaned despite my daily reminders to housekeeping. The cleaning staff informed me that my room was not even included on their cleaning list.
Furthermore, the bathtub in the upgraded room was broken, which was very disappointing given the higher room category and expectations.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and communication issues significantly affected my experience.

Cons:

Saknade skohorn. Fruktansvärd musik vid frukosten. Sängen gnälde mycket. Hade jag haft med en kvinna så hade det nog varit lite pinsamt vid frukosten.

Pros:

The room was similar to an apartment, highly spacious, with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and kitchen. The bathroom included a washing machine. bedrooms had a TV which supported a hard disc.

The indoor pool had massage jets at different points and was warm enough. Although at an extra charge, it was highly worth the visit.

Breakfast was exceptional and included a waffle machine which was great for kids.

Check in and check out were swift, within less than 5 minutes.

Cons:

Dinner only included one type of pasta, two types of sauces, salad and bread. It was sufficient. However it may not meet everyone's dietary requirements.

Bra hotell med bra läge med gångavstånd till centrum och gott om parkeringar.

Hade ett jättebra rum som var tyst, fast det låg ut mot gatan, och låg en bit från hissen. Perfekt med balkong. Rymlig toalett.

Saknade färska grönsaker, dvs tomat, gurka och paprika på frukosten Det bör finnas på alla frukostbufféer. I övrigt mycket bra frukost.

Sängen var inte den bästa. Det var en svacka i mitten. Kuddarna var ganska hårda.

Pros:

Stora fina rum, god frukost och mycket trevlig personal. Älskar att det var Rituals-produkter i badrummet. Schampot saknades dock, men det gjorde inget, tvättade inte håret då jag bara stannade en natt.

Cons:

Parkering ingick inte. Kostade 150 kr/dygn. Kändes inte jättekul.
