Apenas a localização era boa

Cons:

Café da manhã ruim e caro, nada era reposto, faltou café e ovos!! Atendentes péssimos, parecem robôs, a gerência com certeza os treina para apenas repetir frases de forma automática, sem nenhuma boa vontade ou empatia. Apartamento barulhento, segunda cama é horrível. Tem um vão enorme no meio do hotel, super perigoso para crianças.

Excelente loclização e funcionários
Pros:

excelente localização. Ótima equipe com funcionários atenciosos. Bom café da manha. Durante o dia a rua próxima é um pouco barulhenta. Uma boa sala de musculação.

Bom hotel, bem localizado, mas atendimento deixa a desejar.

Quarto limpo, café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

O atendimento não foi bom: falharam ao não registrar o nome do meu marido, que foi barrado no hotel. A ressalva foi o atendente Cristiano que resolveu o problema de forma gentil.
