Pros:

Achei a localização ótima! O bairro é muito tranquilo e bem arborizado, tem vários restaurantes.
Os atendentes da recepção e do restaurante são muito simpáticos. Fomos com bebê e disponibilizaram berço. Ficamos no quarto com sala e minicozinha, no 6 andar, todo reformado. Foi uma ótima experiência!

Cons:

Como sugestão, talvez criar um espaço para as crianças no hotel e no restaurante.

A recepção, sendo o primeiro contato cliente/hotel, precisa ter equipe empática.
Pros:

O atendimento da equipe de recepção no dia 11, em especial o Sr.Cristiano que esclareceu e me deu todo suporte quanto o uso da garagem, bem como o translado das malas. Acompanhou toda saída do hotel com maior cuidado e presteza. Parabéns ao hotel por ter um funcionário nível 5 estrelas.

Cons:

Das orientações na minha entrada. Ao parar o carro na porta do hotel, fui informada que devería deixar o carro no estacionamento. Como não obtive msiores informações, estacionei na garagem e precisei andar quase meio quarteirão pela rua. Inclusive descendo a rampa do estacionamento cheia de mala. Outro cliente deixou sua mãe na entrada e fez o mesmo percurso, inclusive me ajudando a carregar minha mala.
Lamentável, uma vez que havia uma conexão direta do estacionamento e o hotel.
Só obtive a informação na saída, quando o Sr. Cristiano me conduziu com maior presteza até o carro.

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor!
Pros:

Gostei muito do restaurante, muito gentis, preparam o alimento respeitando as restrições alimentares!
Sugeriria apenas no café da manhã indicar os alimentos sem lactose.

Cons:

A piscina estava indisponível até às 19:30h, com aulas de natação para criança, ou seja, um engodo oferecer a piscina para o hóspede!
Obra, com um barulho infernal das 9 às 17h, e a troca de quarto indisponível!

Melhor hospedagem de Porto Alegre. Melhor que hotel 5 estrelas que ja me hospedei anteriormente.
Pros:

Melhor hospedagem de todos hotéis que já estive em Porto Alegre. Quartos reformados, equipados suficientemente e café da manhã espetacular.

Muy buena ubicación, bien que tenga un parking, excelente las habitaciones. Cerca de los parques príncipales de Molinos de Viento y Faropilla (pudimos ir caminando a ambos)

Cons:

Solo 1 muchacho del personal manejaba el español, los demás casi nada y tampoco se esforzaron demasiado en darnos indicaciones. Tiene un anafe pero ni 1 sartén, así que esta de adorno nada más.
