Royal Club Lounge is the best place to relax after a hectic day. The people there were very friendly and considerate. Leela itself felt like a big grand vacation. I would definitely come back here.
What an amazing hotel! Guests are given a personalised welcome and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is spotless and the food is of the highest standards.
I spent a great deal of time working in, and around the hotel, and the staff made the experience very special. The butler executive team (Rovi in particular) excelled, anticipating every need and yet not invading personal space. Thanks again Rovi !
Mohit and team provided excellent afternoon tea, and the staff enjoyed explaining aspects of their heritage and culture which greatly elevated the experience.. they even helped me book a final day trip !

This was my very first trip to Bengaluru, and I was traveling with my mother and my 7-year-old son. Managing a young child and a senior citizen while traveling can be challenging, but your team made our entire stay effortless, comfortable, and memorable.
A special thank you for thoughtfully preparing delicious Jain meals for us. Finding authentic, flavorful food without onion and garlic while traveling is never easy, yet every meal was prepared with such care and attention that we genuinely looked forward to dining each day.
What touched my heart the most was the love you showered on my son. From complimentary chocolates and cookies to thoughtful gifts and warm interactions, every little gesture brought the biggest smile to his face and made him feel completely at home. Those are memories he will cherish for a long time.
