Even we were guests at the property but they didn’t respond to us properly and we weren’t given the correct room. After the change of room also it wasn’t a good room because we had booked for a garden view balcony but we didn’t get any view. And we there to celebrate our anniversary and expected some celebration cake and decor but nothing was done. Really bad experience
The leela palace was so clean and you can have a luxurious experience. The design was amazing and the stuff was so kind :) we did our first anniversary in this hotel it was 10 stars experience ✨️ i would like to thank miss fatima and miss deepali, they were so kind and cute 😍

We had a very pleasant stay at Leela Palace Bangalore. The staff was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. We were staying with an infant and they went above and beyond to meet his smallest needs which was the standout point for us.
