Our deepest and sincerest thanks to Ritu Khare: heart of gold, competent, capable, who made us feel as if Leela is our second home. Ritu and her team have gone out of their way to accommodate us amidst a complex and stressful situation. We are so grateful to them for their hospitality, kindness, care and humility. Ritu has personally supervised drivers, meal drop offs and all kinds of bespoke personalised service for someone going through a challenging time.

Chef Sharon Ray: we found a real gem, a friend and family member who personally took responsibility for all meals and bespoke food requests. I’ll never forget the handwritten letter which warned my heart.

Hemwant from in room dining: so helpful, so dedicated and sincere. Wishing him the best always.

I visited Leela in Jan’26 with my family to celebrate my birthday. We had the most wonderful stay at the Palace and all thanks to the hundreds of individuals who are a part of hotel team, so many working behind the scenes, who made the stay and experience truly special and unforgettable.

The entire team went out of the way to make our stay extremely pleasant, comfortable, fun and fab. Everything was managed exceedingly well and the tiniest of things were taken care of by the team. By the end of the stay, we just didn’t want to leave and thought of extending it further.

Had an amazing 3 nights stay , with an upgraded suite room. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent there. The spa was great & I enjoyed the food at the restaurants.
Staff had been very courteous & always smiling.
The tour of the property was nice & my daughter enjoyed spending time at the kids play room.

I booked the Leela Palace for my daughter and her husband . I had contacted the hotel for making their stay special and the Leela staff came through splendidly, they upgraded the experience with several amenities for an extra charge but it was well worth . My daughter was completely satisfied thanks to Deepshika ( Guest experience officer) for her due diligence.

The Leela Palace is one of the strongest options in the city when looking for luxury accommodation. The property impresses with elegant public areas, a lush garden setting and moments of genuinely warm service. At the same time, it feels increasingly dated, and operational consistency does not always match the hotel’s positioning. For an alternative, check our review of the Shangri-La.

Reception – Priya gave us a very warm welcome, she is professional and sincerely helpful, creating a very positive first impression. At a later point in time, the team professionally handled our complaints and swiftly found a satisfactory solution.

Semi-public areas and gardens – Beautifully maintained greenery and tastefully designed interiors, including the library bar. The atmosphere is refined and inviting, offering a calm retreat from the city.

Lunch – Excellent flavors and an authentic presentation of Indian cuisine. Service was solid, though the waiting time of approximately 40 minutes was longer than expected, and no appetizers were served.

In-room dining – the veggie club sandwich wasn’t up to expectations but the green Thai curry was excellent. Service is great.

Rooms – Classic, traditional design, not recently refurbished but well equipped and carefully maintained. Comfortable and cozy overall. Royal Club category rooms on the 6th floor are preferable. The hotel informed us that rooms will be renovated starting in March 2026 which seems a sensible decision.

Breakfast – Wide selection with varying levels of quality. Anjali was very friendly and provided outstanding service. Unfortunately, at the buffet it was difficult to find a clean bowl for muesli and in general cutlery and plates should be better cleaned. No portafilter coffee machine available. Outdoor seating is pleasant, although the terrace area would benefit from an update.

Room perfume – A noticeable scent is used in corridors and some rooms, it may not suit all preferences including ours.

Gym – Solid range of older Technogym equipment. However, the basement location without natural light or fresh air makes the space feel uncomfortable and outdated.

Power supply – Frequent power cuts at night.

We had a truly special corporate dinner at Leela Palace, made even better by the heartfelt hospitality of Deepanshu and Rohit. Their warm touches and seamless service created a cozy, memorable evening for our team. Grateful for such genuine care – highly recommend!

Our stay at The Leela Palace Bengaluru was nothing short of exceptional and truly reflective of world class hospitality.

A heartfelt thank you to Harsh from housekeeping, whose thoughtful gesture of leaving teddy bears in our room for our three children brought pure joy and excitement to their stay. It was a beautiful personal touch that did not go unnoticed.

Raman and Akash from management graciously turned a minor mishap into an experience defined by care, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. Their approach embodied true luxury hospitality, ensuring every detail was handled with warmth and consideration. Throughout our stay, Raman and Akash thoughtfully checked in on us, whether during breakfast or in passing through the hallways, always ensuring our experience remained seamless, comfortable, and memorable. They also kindly arranged breakfast bags to go for our family ahead of our early morning flight, a gesture we greatly appreciated.

A special mention to Prerak, the Head Concierge, who arranged a booking for us at a nearby nightclub he personally recommended. It turned out to be a fantastic suggestion and perfectly suited our group, adding another memorable highlight to our stay.

Naval from the Food & Beverage team ensured snacks were constantly arranged in our room, thoughtfully keeping our three young children in mind. This level of attentiveness made traveling with kids feel effortless and truly cared for.

The property itself feels like stepping into a living palace, effortlessly combining grandeur with warmth and impeccable service. Every corner reflects elegance, and the level of attention extended to guests elevates the experience far beyond a typical hotel stay.

We would return at the very first opportunity!

Had an amazing weekend at Leela . Everything was just perfect…food ,ambience ,company ( my friends) and the stay . The staff was very hands on and went an extra mile to make my stay memorable. Amazing hotel from start to finish. The welcome was warm, the room spacious with good amenities and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful although it could take a while for tea and coffee order - one morning I waited 20 mins. The gym had a good range of options but during morning periods can be busy. The restaurants and bars in the hotel were amazing with great service and food. Will stay again.

We stayed at The Leela last week and had a fabulous experience. As always, the team went above and beyond to make us feel truly special. A special mention to Deepshika — such a sweet girl with a very warm and innocent smile. Her thoughtful little gestures made our stay even happier and more memorable. If the management is reading this, she truly deserves great appreciation for her wonderful service.

Everything is exceptional at this hotel, from the first step till the moment you leave. Service levels are excellent, staff is most friendly and willing to help, rooms are perfect and the hotel itself is beautiful
