Pros:

Good property in central Bengaluru

Cons:

Breakfast was very crowded. Was provided outdoor option of table without even proper shade in sun. The staff was not attentive to what we asked and forgot some of the things we asked for breakfast.

Pros:

This was a fun weekend, so relaxing; felt like we were else where while remaining in the middle of the city. rose marnin martin made the experience wonderful with her patience and all the information she provided.

Good experience visiting Leela’s
Pros:

Exquisite experience while visiting the Zen at Leela’s.
The whole staff were very cordial, especially Pratigya. The food was savoury and luscious.
Highly recommended for Asian food lovers at The Zen.

Pros:

The service I received from Deepalli and Nikki at the restaurant for breakfast. Both these staff were courteous, efficient, and extremely helpful. Deepalli kept in constant touch as son S I advised her of my arrival at the hotel. She checked if I had any dietary needs or needed transport upon arrival . I will always recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Hotel staff was excellent

Cons:

booking.com reservation showed my deal included breakfast, upgraded room and airport transfer. However there was no airport transfer in actual hotel booking and hotel had no written information. I was advised to pay an amount almost close to daily room charges or book my own private taxi which was 6 times cheaper than that. I did not like this marketing tactic by booking.com
Im a long term member and never had issues before.

Excellent Service at Leela
Pros:

I had an incredible experience at the Leela. Everyone was so kind and it truly is a 5 star experience.

Citrus breakfast buffet was a highlight. I am allergic to garlic, so I'm very limited in what I can eat at restaurants, especially in India. When I asked about garlic in some of the dishes, they insisted on making me my own personal garlic-free options. I got to eat restaurant hummus, labneh, and beetroot mutabel for the first time in years - many thanks to the chefs! The chefs were so accommodating and always made sure I had fresh options. Zen restaurant was also delicious and my go-to for dinner.

I also managed to lose my airpods and assumed they were stolen. The staff showed sincere concern, stopped by my room to get more info, and came and found me immediately when they found them! I've never had a lost item returned in a hotel.

I went to the gym each morning and as someone who is picky, I found that the facilities were really nice. The space was kept clean, the equipment was in good condition, and they had everything I needed - free weights, barbells, technogym lifting machines, treadmills, ellipticals and good stationary bikes.

Another nice touch was that I never had a shortage of water. Housekeeping generously restocked my room every day with the glass bottles.

Always been a lovely experience at The Leela !!! Nikki and Rahul were so complying and surprised us with their lovely bar tending qualities and hospitality. Authentically curated as you want it . Mohit was kind enough to introduce us to Nikki and Rahul so they bring out their best !!! Wonderful experience!!!

Amazing place
