The stunning property and impeccable attention to detail, combined with warm, professional staff, made me feel truly welcome as a solo business traveller. Excellent food options, thoughtful touches like the pillow menu, and consistent care throughout ensured a home-away-from-home experience. I felt comfortable, valued, and would highly recommend it to both business and leisure guests.
Had a lovely experience at the Leela. What made it stand out was the service I received from staff at the property. In particular the service provided by the Royal Club and the Butlers was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the high tea and cocktail hour included with the room and had a pleasant stay overall. Would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a hotel to stay in Bangalore.

The atmosphere is very peaceful
The stay at Leela was really good. The love and care of Tanaya ( butler) and chef Jyotsana makes me to come back here every time. It feels like home and the hospitality is just wonderful!!!

The overall experience was disappointing, primarily due to the standard of service provided by the staff. There is a clear need for proper training before engaging with guests. Compared to other Leela Palace properties, the level of professionalism and friendliness was noticeably lacking.
The breakfast experience, in particular, was unacceptable. From poor service to unprofessional behaviour by the chef in charge, the entire setup felt disorganised and poorly managed. In short, the breakfast experience fell well below expectations.
While individual staff members appeared polite on their own, there is a significant issue with teamwork and coordination. This points to a lack of effective leadership and supervision, which ultimately impacts the guest experience.
Overall, the main concern is not the individuals themselves, but the absence of structure, training, and management oversight required to deliver the standard expected from a hotel of this brand.
Always stay here for business and have a great experience. Service is unbelievable and the food is great, especially the breakfast and Indian restaurant
