Gute Lage und freundlicher Service, aber insgesamt nicht mehr auf 4-Sterne-Niveau
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Positiv ist außerdem, dass ein Check-in jederzeit möglich war, was sehr flexibel und angenehm ist.

Cons:

Leider kann das Hotel insgesamt nicht ganz überzeugen. Die Ausstattung ist zwar grundsätzlich in Ordnung, wirkt aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Auf den Fotos macht das Hotel einen wesentlich besseren Eindruck als in der Realität, was etwas enttäuschend ist. Besonders das Frühstück war sehr schlicht und mit wenig Auswahl – insgesamt eher auf einfachem Niveau.

Dobrá lokalita kousek od Hlavního nádraží, dobré snídaně, velký pokoj.

Cons:

Okna! Vůbec netěsní, takže od nich hodně táhla zima a hlavně bylo velmi nahlas slyšet každé auto a tramavaj, které projely. Skoro jsme se nevyspali.

Pros:

Location was out of the centre but just 3 stops on the nearby tram. Room was clean and made up daily. Reception staff were all friendly and cheery and helpful. Breakfast was over a 3 hour period so never too full at any one time and a fair choice of food which changed slightly each day.

Cons:

Just the beds were fairly hard but that's down to personal preference.

街から近いお手軽なホテル
Pros:

部屋が広くて清潔感がある。他の部屋の音や廊下の音が殆ど聞こえなかった。
トラムでの移動で街にすぐ近い。大きいスーパーもすぐ隣。

Cons:

トラムが通る道に面している部屋だったので、その騒音はよく聞こえた。

Overall, was an acceptable experience, but the price quality rate was not met
Pros:

The hotel was near to a supermarket and tram station, city center easy accessible and big room with separate bad for the child

Cons:

The hotel is old and I can understand the rooms are not very fancy, but the cleaning it is not an option for a 4 stars hotel. The bathroom and the ground overall were very dirty. Also, we had to ask for slippers as these weren’t included.
