Excellent séjour dans un bel hôtel très chic
Pros:

Le Carlton est situé à une petite demi-heure à pied du vieux centre de Prague, avec plusieurs lignes de tram à 2 minutes de l'hôtel qui vous emmènent à la gare centrale, dans la vieille ville et vers l'aéroport international. Il est donc en-dehors du centre tout en étant parfaitement accessible. Le quartier est propre et sécurisé. Le personnel était adorable, la chambre ultra confortable et élégamment décorée. Le petit-déjeuner était un délice (buffet très varié). J'ai très bien dormi et j'ai pu prendre un bon bain moussant. Je recommande.

Cons:

Le seul bémol était que la climatisation était un peu forte à mon goût et je n'arrivais pas à changer la température. Mais comme c'était pendant une vague de canicule, ce n'était pas très dérangeant. Il faisait bien frais.

Never again in this hotel
Cons:

We are Greeks and we are used to offer high level of service bevause tourism is very important in our economy and also because of our menatlity, we speak English and every one trying to help.
The level of service in this hotel though was unbelievable
I will suggest to the morning female receptionist to start using, words like, welcome, please , thank you. She was the one on our arrival and she was behaving to us like we owe her money. Zero politeness we couldnt believe the way she was talking like this to us. Her first word was PASSPORT!! and then she said SIGN HERE NOW!!
Her rudness kept going for the rest of the two days that we stayed there.
No plugs in the room working , only one. 10 minutes before the end of breakfast they dont refill the food.
The hotel is located near to busy road so there is to much noise.

Hotel Carlton in Praag is een prima plek om vandaaruit stad te verkennen.
Pros:

Ontbijt was erg goed. Lekker uitgebreid en alles was lekker.

Cons:

Het gebouw is langzaamaan aan renovatie toe.

Fint, rummeligt hotel, nemt at komme til og fra
Pros:

Lå dejlig tæt på centrum med sporvogn.
Rummelige værelser.
Fin morgenmad.

Cons:

Jeg boede i stueetagen. Lige udenfor vinduet kørte sporvognen forbi flere gange i minuttet.
Det var forstyrrende hvad angår lyd, men gav også rystelser i gulvet.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά άνετο αλλά παλιό και το μπάνιο επικίνδυνο αφού είχε μπανιέρα πολύ ψηλή.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή. Δεν είναι κέντρο. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε γωνία με εύκολη πρόσβαση. Περιοχή καθαρή και με πολλά σούπερ μάρκετ και πάρκα.

Cons:

Το πρωϊνό ήταν πολύ λιτό, χωρίς ιδιαίτερη ποικιλία, θα έλεγα σχετικά ικανοποιητικό!! Το προσωπικό αδιάφορο και όχι ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό. Τρία βράδια και δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ πετσέτες ούτε καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο!!!!! Το μπάνιο παλίο και επικίνδυνο. Δεν θα επέλεγα ποτέ ξανά το ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.

Понравился персонал, кухня, чистота, необходимые удобства, удобно добираться до центра города, рядом есть продуктовые магазины, кафешки. Отель создает впечатление небольшого и уютного, какого то домашнего что ли.

Cons:

Мы жили в номере на верхнем этаже с мансардными окнами, смотрелись Они эстетично, но нам бы хотелось, чтобы был обзор и возможность открыть окно. Однако мы сами не прописали это при бронировании. Учтём в следующий раз)

Pros:

Čistý, krásný pokoj s čajem, kávou s rychlovarnou konvici na pokoji. Za vstupem káva a cake jako malý snack a výborná snídaně s příjemnou obsluhou. Recepce příjemná a ochotná poradit. Velká spokojenost, rád se ubytuji i příště.
