Very enjoyble stay, in a great location with a very nice pool and view to the lake and Suez Canal

Very dirty , reception staff very unresponsive, i had to call more than 5 times to get every request to be done within minimum one hour, no guest supplies in the room, even for the minimum bare. the only positive person in hotel was ms. Lamis the front office manager who did a great effort to make our stay better, great thanx for her, but still it was just exception after i was insisting to cancel and refund the other day of my stay. It's a shame for mercure policy to be that poor although they are paid as a 5 stars hotel.

الأفضل وجود العلامه التي تخبر عاملي النظافه برغبة النزيل في تنظيف الغرفه او عدم الازعاج وايضا وجبة العشاء الأفضل ان تكون اكثر تنوعا

Nice weekend getaway
Pros:

The hotel is generally good, not on the luxurious end but clean with a great view, nice pool, and vast greenery.
It is really quiet during the day, but it gets a little loud at the evening, because of the outdoors cafe and the outdoors weddings.
The breakfast is fine, the usual basic options, did not try other meals at the hotel as we preferred to try the local cuisine.

Hotel, Essen und Personal gut bis sehr gut, der Lärm in der Nacht hatte vielleicht mit einer Hochzeit im Hotel zu tun.
Pros:

Das Essen war gut!
Der Kaffee na ja.
Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Ganze Hotel modern.

Cons:

Es war leider bis 03 Uhr sehr laut in der Nacht! Die Gäste haben noch gefeiert im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon.

Great 👍 place will definitely revisit
Pros:

Very well maintained and renovated. Best cafe in town with the coolest vibes and atmosphere. Outstanding view! Very cooperative reception staff especially Aya that gave us great restaurant and activity recommendations.

Cons:

Nothing - breakfast perhaps needs a little more variety
