Pros:

We had a mixed experience at first, as we were quite surprised and disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms. However, I would especially like to thank Haggar from Guest Relations, who truly did her best to turn the situation around. She listened to our concerns, handled everything professionally, and compensated us by arranging lovely alternative rooms. Thanks to her care and effort, our stay became really wonderful.

The hotel itself has many good options and a lot of potential, but unfortunately, it needs stronger and more consistent quality-control checks, especially regarding room cleanliness.

A special thank you to Haggar for her excellent hospitality, kindness, and genuine effort to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She really made a difference!
