Cons:

1- Impossible de dormir, le bruit toute la nuit, pendant tout le séjour !
2- Aucun respect des règles, par exemple pour la piscine c’était dégueulasse, ceux qui descendent avec leur vêtement malgré les consignes sur le panneau, et qui salissent l'eau. Le personnel me dit (en souriant !) que c'est normal qu'Aucune règle ne soit respectée.
3- Matériel cassé, prise, attrape porte, chaîne ...etc
4- Le personnel de l'open-buffet n'ont aucun respect de l’hygiène, par exemple à main nue il gratte avec les ongles les tranches de fromage pour les déplacer d'un plat à l'autre !

De slechtste en smerigste plek. Geen service, geen hygiëne. Het receptiepersoneel is ouderwets en ongetraind.
Pros:

Er is niets aangenaams of moois aan dit hotel. Ik heb het strand niet gezien zoals op de foto. Er zijn veel rotsen en geen manier om naar de zee te lopen, zoals op de foto te zien is.

Cons:

Het smerigste hotel waar ik ooit heb verbleven. Toen ik binnenkwam, zat de receptioniste me aan te staren. Ik was de enige andere gast, dus ik moest twee keer vragen waar de receptioniste was, en uiteindelijk antwoordde haar collega. Ze fronste, was boos en moe. Ze zat daar terwijl ik voor haar stond, zonder enig respect of welkom te tonen. Haar boze blik paste niet bij een viersterrenhotel. Vervolgens gaf ze me de smerigste en meest afschuwelijke kamer van het hotel, op de eerste verdieping boven de ingang. Het voelde alsof ik op straat zat te slapen. Ik hoorde de auto's, de muziek, het lawaai en de kinderen op de parkeerplaats. Ik probeerde te slapen, maar helaas ging ik om 3:45 uur 's nachts woedend naar de receptie, op zoek naar rust en stilte om te kunnen slapen. Uiteindelijk kon ik om 16:00 uur in slaap vallen. Alsof dat nog niet erg genoeg was, waren de kamers smerig. Er lagen oude, vieze tapijten op de vloer. De vloeren tussen de bedden en in de hoeken waren vies. De airconditioning in de kamer was smerig en zat vol bacteriën; de zwarte aanslag en schimmel waren duidelijk zichtbaar. Is dit een viersterrenhotel? Waarom heb ik bijna $100 betaald voor dit hotel? Waarom vroeg de receptioniste me om papieren te ondertekenen voor de betaling terwijl alles online was geregeld? En ik had al met Visa betaald? Bekijk de foto's. Ik wil mijn geld terug voor dit vreselijke hotel. Dit hotel is hooguit $10 waard, geen $92!

A flawless stay with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and an unforgettable experience.
Pros:

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the hotel's beautiful location overlooking the lake made the experience even more memorable.

Cons:

I genuinely can't think of a single negative point. The entire experience was flawless, and it's rare to find a hotel where everything—from the staff and facilities to the food and atmosphere—is executed so perfectly. I would highly recommend Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island to anyone visiting the area and can't wait to return.
