Room was OK. A bit dated and needs refurbished but clean and safe. Did expect a bit more for the price

Good location. A few coffee shops and restaurants nearby

Cons:

Staff on reception were not always as helpful as they have been in other hotels. Their late checkout system is t good. They send you a WhatsApp asking if you want to pay for late checkout, which you respond with a yes and think it’s booked. When you arrive to check in, you are told you will need to ask on the morning of check out if they have room. Not the best system.

Everything was perfect..

I am writing this letter to inform you that I was extremely satisfied with my 12 day stay at Fortune House Hotel Miami Brickle . From the moment we arrived until the day we left the whole staff really made us feel like we were home. Especially special thanks to Mr Rey at the reception and Mr Kenny was amazing.

The staff is very friendly whatever we requested we have recieved with in minutes to our room. Room was being cleaned everyday. Vallet was always on time we never waited once.

We have stayed here on Jan 2026 for 2 weeks almost and we were really happy with the service.

Would for sure come back here again and would recommend to our friends.. 60 m2 literrally 2 bedroom apartment with 2 seperate rooms 2 bathrooms with full kitchen amazing view…

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Miami. Très proche du mover.
Les chambres sont très confortables et refaites tous les jours avec distribution de produits de beauté et café
Le personnel est très accueillant

Cons:

400$ sont retenus à l'arrivée et rendus ensuite mais il faut le savoir
