perfect location, and view from apartment was pretty awesome
Pros:

Location for us was perfect, and valet service although extra was what we needed.
They upgraded us on arrival to an awesome water view!
Close to where we had to go the next day, and lots of restaurants to walk to at night.

Cons:

although the restaurant in the hotel did room service, which was a perk...their food was not great, even breakfast the next day in the restaurant itself.

Non mi è piaciuto che è un hotel senza serietà vogliono una cauzione per le stanze e poi se uno dimentica una cosa di valore e chiama poco dopo per avvertire magicamente non trovano niente. Ho lasciato in amera una borsa con dentro valore più di mille euro caso strano chiamando poco dopo la risposta è stata non è stato trovato niente e guarda te nessuno poteva essere entrato se non la donna delle pulizie questa cosa è vergognosa anche perché non è una bettola ma un hotel alquanto costoso

Excellent position and high standard hotel
Pros:

Spotless! High quality apartment, we were given an upgrade which was lovely and a really good view. Very quiet at night.

Cons:

The building work going on behind the hotel but that is not the hotels fault and I we were given information on this on booking, do not let this put you off if you want to book!

Big, bright, spotless apartment. Perfect stay.
Pros:

Just returned from a 2-night stay and this was one of the biggest apartments we’ve started in. Booked a 1-bedroom apartment and we were upgraded on arrival to a 2-bedroom apartment.

The room was so clean. Fabulous facilities. Kitchen spotless and everything you could need. Huge walk in wardrobe.

The staff at the front desk were efficient and friendly. Just a 10-minute walk to Brickell shopping centre and 20 minutes to Bayside.

Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks to all at Fortune House

Cons:

Large building site right next door, just started work on a new hotel so likely to be like this for the foreseeable future. Created some noise during the daytime but to be honest we were out exploring so didn’t impact us at all and we knew before arrival of the ongoing work. Room rates reflected this and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

Nice place to look at but not staying here again.
Pros:

We stayed here for 1 night as a layover for our cruise the next morning. Our room was nice and large (2 bdrm/2bath) but it was warm outside and warmer inside. Our AC was not working. I can't see that the desk had no idea this room's AC wasn't working. The room was 76 when we went in. When I told them, there was no offering of any kind of relief such as fans etc. We slept on the sofa with the doors open and the clanking sound of the blinds from the warm breeze coming in. The Madison Restaurant is also receiving 3 stars. The service was super slow. We waited 30 minutes for our meals.
