Room layout was nice
Under construction. Room was extremely hot. Fire alarm went off a midnight!
Friendly staff clean good location.
The fire alarm going off falsely. No one told us it was a false alarm. Went off at 11:40 pm. The toilet got clogged them.

Room was just remodeled we have stayed here 3 years in a row, they seem to have most of the same staff at the front desk, which is nice one of the employees was very friendly and seemed to remember me from out last trip. Breakfast area is always very neat and clean and someone is always refilling items.
Convenient to the highway, spotlessly clean, and with the most friendly evening receptionist you are ever likely to meet! The one obvious weakness is the truly uninspiring provided breakfast!
The Hotel is situated near a large mall and has shopping and restaurants nearby. Access to the interstate is also very good. The rooms were clean and well kept and I requested housekeeping service on a daily basis - did not have to remind them, my room was cleaned and linen was changed each and every day for the 4 days that I was there. Breakfast is complementary and is fine - a little bit of the same every day. The room I stayed at had a kitchenette and a refrigerator / microwave and a sitting room as well. The staff were friendly and attentive and all in all it was a good stay. Will definitely go back.
Christina was an absolute angel and gem during my stay (I'm still here, but did not want to leave without giving her her flowers first). I was not in the greatest mood when i arrived at the hotel, but when i arrived she made me feel understood, heard, she was attentive and her bubbly personality made my stay better. I wish you all the best Christina! Keep being you! You are a star! ~ your friend who likes her privacy ;) ~D
The general managers and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. We had a large group that came in during a blizzard and they were very accommodating with all of the reservation changes. They also provided snacks/food in the evening and allowed us to use the Guest House to host a small gathering.

- second room, the heat/ac didn't work and the vent was leaking water
- was supposed to have "conference room" - it was an island with two chairs - not really extra space

To much disturbance
When checking in we had a warmth welcome. The lady was amazing very kind to us, she made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!
Bacon is bad, please get better bacon also pancakes please, my husband wanted didn't served them we've had stayed 5 nights. Hopefully on our next visit bacon will be better, also pancakes please.
Our room was very comfortable and well designed with plenty of places to unpack and store your personal items. Wonderful large shower with no slip mat. Very nice hot breakfast with a pleasant dining area. Location was close to dining and shopping choices. Also close to the highway.😊
Would have been nice if the pool was indoors. Also, it’s a large hotel and getting to your room can be a long walk and a little directionally confusing.
