It was convenient but not comfortable
Pros:

The location was near tucson surgery center where i was having eye surgery the next morning.

Cons:

The mattresses were old and the ill fitting mattresses covers were of no help. The bed was not comfortable. The floor was so dirty that the soles of my feet were black. I take it that it's been awhile since the floors were mopped.

Mostly pleasant.

Overall a nice quiet stay that worked well for our weekend. We would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal etc. The staff did a great job keeping it freshly stocked. It is an older property that was obviously bought by Comfort Suites and remodeled. Nice and quaint, with a decently sized room and comfy beds.

Cons:

A little more modern amenities would have been nice. Limited plugs for charging devices. Window unit for heating and cooling worked ok, but the room seemed to get very humid after a couple of showers.
