Absolutely fabulous!
Pros:

Everyone was genuinely happy and helpful. The room was fabulous. We had everything we needed.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was what we called “open-mic night on Saturday. The folks preaching, singing and yelling into a microphone across the street went on well past midnight and was so loud and annoying. I doubt you can do anything about that issue. We were just happy it only went on 1 night.

想像通りの最高の滞在でした．また泊まりたいです！！

立地，ホスタビリティ，スタッフ全員の対応，最高でした！
設備面では他の有名どころのホテルと同じように建物の若干の古さは感じられるものの，10年前の滞在時と比較して水回り含めた内装もリノベが完了し，毎日の清掃(共用部も含めて)も行き届いていたので全く問題なしでした．
03, 04号室側のエレベータが２機稼働体制になると完璧だと思います．

ロケーション、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、全て最高。
特に今回はメインバスルームに綺麗な広いバスタブができていてとても良かったです。
広いラナイから見るクヒオビーチの景色はいつ来てもため息モノの最高です。

Cons:

5回目ですが、ほぼ01系のダイヤモンドヘッドサイドだったため、たまには違う部屋にも泊まりたいと感じました。
アメニティが総じてグレードダウンしていたのが残念でした。今までは入れ物ももっとしっかりしたバッグに砂場セットや水筒と充実していましたが今回はペラペラの袋に3人分の筒の水鉄砲とチープ感が否めない。
あとはエレベーターを片方低層、片方高層と、止まる階を限定した方が良い。かなり待つので。

「ハワイで暮らすように過ごす」が叶う最高の贅沢！
ロケーション、眺望、設備、どれを取っても申し分なく、大満足です。

広々としたキッチンでの料理、炊飯器、室内での洗濯・乾燥、ラナイから眺める大きな空と海、ホテルを一歩出ればすぐビーチという環境は、小さな子ども連れの家族や三世代での滞在に最適です。
あったらいいながすべてあるホテルだと思います。

何より、スタッフの皆さんが本当に素晴らしいです。
今回はハリケーンの影響で、到着日はハワイ各地で停電や倒木があり、多くのお店がクローズしていましたが、このホテルはそうしたアクシデントにも強く、滞在中に不自由を感じることは全くありませんでした。スタッフの方々はとても柔軟で親切に対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。

出会うスタッフの方は皆さんフレンドリーで、いつもにこやかに挨拶してくれ、子供達もとても喜んでいました。
その温かさが、このホテルをさらに特別な場所にしていると感じます。

Best service apartment to stay in Waikiki
Pros:

The best place in Waikiki for a family! If you can afford it, do not hesitate. We were lucky to be on the 18th floor and the view was fantastic!! Location can be better for a service apartment.
The valet parking for your car is so convenient. You just need to get used to tipping. We are not from the US so it was a bit of an adjustment at the start. If you are like us, then here is what was suggested to us: tip when collecting the car, no tip when you drop off the car. It actually makes sense...
If you bring your own surfboards, it could be difficult in the elevator. We did rent the boards at the beach, it was so convenient.
If you plan to cook, there is just enough to cook simple meals. You can always ask for additional utensils if needed. The staff is very helpful.
The only negative we had during our stay was when there was only one elevator for whole building. I do not blame anyone. S... happens but we had to be at a specific time somewhere and it added some stress. the issue was resolved within the hour..
Overall, we loved that place and if we decide to stay in Waikiki again, we will come back to this tower for sure!!
