Pros:

The apartment was fantastic and absolutely perfect for our family of five (2 adults and 3 children). It was cleaned every day, and we really appreciated that the laundry detergent was regularly replenished — such a small detail, but incredibly convenient.
Our children absolutely loved the heated toilets with bidet functions — they thought they were amazing! The view from the apartment was beautiful, and the location right by the beach was perfect.
Another big advantage was the valet parking included in the price. The service was very convenient and our car was always brought to us quickly.
This was our fourth stay in the Waikiki area, and so far I think this has been our best choice. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was the limited number of sun loungers by the pool. There simply weren’t enough during busy times. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our choice.

Aston Waikīkī Towers made our Hawai’i vacation perfect
Pros:

Very well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and locked-in in executing their professional responsibilities. The property location is so convenient in regards to access to the Waikīkī beach, restaurants and other attractions

Gorgeous views-great location!
Pros:

Had a wonderful time here for 8 nights in a premium oceanfront 2 bedroom on the 32nd floor. We were on the end so we had GORGEOUS views of the mountains from the bedroom and the ocean from the living room. We will definitely stay here again. Shout out to the bell hops/valets. They were always so friendly, smiling, and saying hello. Great location - 10 min walk to the Royal Hawaiian and 5 min walk to the zoo. Perfection! The one thing I would say that would make this place over the top would be to rent beach chairs/ floats for the week. We ended up buying beach chairs and floats and having to leave them in the room.

Excellent location for a family stay!
Pros:

This was our second stay here, and we will definitely be back! Excellent location across the road from the beach, and being able to store rental surfboards with the concierge was very helpful. The room was perfect for a family group of all ages. So relaxing, sitting on the balcony, watching the turtles on the reef and then going swimming with them (no need to pay for a snorkeling tour!). Pop practically next door to stock up on essentials at the ABC store, or Kai Coffee (an essential morning ritual). Loved being able to use the bbq area by the pool for a different family dinner, and the gym was well presented.

Great place for all the family!
Pros:

A fabulous location for all the family (we had 14-84 years old family members). Amazing staff were so helpful and friendly. You can step outside the door, cross the road and you're at the beach. Walk almost next door and you're at an ABC store. Sit on the balcony and watch the turtles on the reef. We love using the bbq area for family get-togethers. Have stayed twice and will be back!

Amazing stay
Pros:

We loved staying at Waikiki Beach Tower. The apartment was perfect for our family (2 twin beds for each kid and a king bed for parents); the lanai was huge; the apartment was clean, housekeeping was immaculate, pool and location is perfect for Waikiki area, valet was prompt and always friendly. The bonus perks were very thoughtful (like welcome lei, drink, bag with reusable water bottles, valet for one car, access to Bishop & Art Museums).

We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. The area is very busy (felt like Times Square met Miami), but the Beach Tower was the perfect respite from the crowds. The beach is across the street and it was so fun to be able to go down early morning or late evening.

If you are on the fence about staying here, this is your sign to do it, you won't regret it!

Nice view and helpful staff
Pros:

We stayed on the 23 floor. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was outdated. One leg on bed was broken. Bed mattress was uncomfortable. Privacy door would not work. Drapes looked to be dry rotted with holes and tears in them. Not enough outlets for phones to charge. TV was very small and could not see well when on the couch. Kitchen was nice and clean, but rest of room seemed like a motel 6. Very disappointed in condition of bedroom for the price. View was great of the beach though
