Has the making of some great but needs alot of work.
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the staff was accommodating.

Cons:

The hotel room had roaches, and old amenities. The parking was out dated and negligent. It has a 6ft clearance sign posted, but that is only for the first two levels, and if you try to go up to the third floor in a truck problems, but they will tell you about it after you wrack the top of your car. And the park structure. Is not owned by the hotel it is owned by a company called Aoao, which I could not get a hold of over the weekend. I would not recommend this property for a vacation to anyone trying to escape day to day it troubles, just to have to deal with them on an vacation get away. (Johnny) room 3610 and 3602 from 6-10-26, to 6-16-26. Last but not less if you shower and the steam, sets of the fire alarm in your room. You will have to deal with it for about 45mins to an hour until it resets its self. 'Per the front desk" wrost night ever after hanging out seeing the beautiful sight. And coming back to my room to relax after a shower to deal with. Needless to say no sleep that night.

Hab das Beste draus gemacht.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Blick vom Balkon ein Traum.

Cons:

Obwohl im 23igsten Stock, war es sehr laut. Die Möbel waren teilweise kaputt, ich hab mir sogar den Finger leicht aufgeschnitten an einer kaputten Schranktüre. Eine Schiebeschranktüre ging weder auf noch zu. Schimmel im Schlafzimmer.

We were worried about taking bugs and roaches from this facility, we couldn't bring our belongings inside our house,

We found roaches in the room, my 4 years old child woke up with red bumpy itchy rashes on her hand, I told at front desk, our room was moved in the middle of our stay, a night before we leave, we found another roaches in the new room that we were moved, my 4 year old child returned home with several itchy red rashes on her hands and thigh.

Pros:

Room was clean. Noon checkout great. Two rooms awesome. Kitchen was nice to have. 25th floor views were amazing. 2 separate beds in one of the rooms was great. Location was also great.

Cons:

Hall ways smelled leading to our room ( not inside where we rented). Carpet in walkways to the rooms was old and stained (again facility not the room we rented).

I would NEVER stay there again nor recommend that hotel to anyone

Honestly nothing.

Cons:

The hotel was out dated. The entire hotel had a funky smell even the rooms. Construction on the pool deck, the hotel was located in a wind tunnel or something because it was so windy but only at our hotel so you couldn’t even enjoy going out on your balcony. You had to pay an extra $75.00 deposit to use the gym. We had to switch rooms due to their being mold in the shower and the blinds in the bathroom were all broken. Parts of one the bedroom doors had broken pieces. In the bedroom with the double beds the way the tv was bolted to the wall you could not even see it. The kitchen didn’t even have all the proper equipment to be able to cook.

長期滞在に適した、特に山側のビューが楽しめるホテル
Pros:

ここ数年、毎回利用しています。ワイキキのはずれ（Honolulu Zoo側）にありますが部屋が広いですし、ビーチにも近く、駐車場から見えるダイヤモンドヘッドが大変気に入っています。
駐車場は一日＄45となっていますが、宿泊者は＄35で利用することができました。決して安くはありませんが、Waikiki周辺では安いほうでしょう。
また今回はソファーベッドが新しくなっていて、スムーズに出し入れができ、かつ快適に寝ることができました。
（部屋によってかもしれませんが）

最後に、とても気に入っている点を2つ。
マウンテンビューのルームからは夜景が素晴らしい。山側が幻想的に光っている様子が毎日見られます。
プールデッキからのダイヤモンドヘッドは絶景です。遮るものも何もなく、全貌を楽しむことができます。

少しずつレートが高くなっていく日々、日本からの旅行はハードルが高くなっていきますが、
ゆっくりとした滞在を望まれる方は、ぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

Cons:

いつもはある、フライパン・鍋などの調理器具がシンクにありませんでした。
ホテルへの直接予約だとそんなことはなかったのですが、Bookingを介した予約だったからでしょうか。

やはり日本と違ってシャワーの水圧が弱い部分は仕方ない点かと。ただ浴びるには十分だと思います。
