Everything was very good 👍

Hot and loud. Small window ac unit in the living room-didnt help the bedroom and opening windows brought in loud street noises. Clean but very dated building/furnishings.

Noise when slide door is open. Wish there’s a screen door. Sometimes a bee would come in.

We always stay at Pacific Monarch when we come to Waikiki. They make us feel like family here! You can’t beat the location so close to the beach. We will be back again

Loved the hottub and pool.....

Waikiki beach, restaurants, and shopping are all within a short walk. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an efficient layout. Views from the rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grill area were amazing! Be prepared to wait for an elevator, drive extremely cautiously in the secured parking, and bring a cooking pot to the rooftop to get ice (only ice machine for the entire property). Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful!

Great location… the room unfortunately was in need of an upgrade. Walls, window curtains and shower curtains had stains on them.

Friendly service, huge rooms that has everything you need, and the location is perfect for exploring Waikiki

Convenient location. Rooms need renovations, but given the full kitchen and location, we didn’t mind. Will come back for sure!

Like most people are posting, the room could use a refresh. But it was clean. Building looks great outside. Great spot, 2 blocks from international marketplace and also the beach.

Parking is strict, I personally saw a tow truck in the middle of the night entering the lot. The parking is like boot camp. Follow instructions to a tee or get towed on your Hawaii trip.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Price is fair for what you get compared to the rest of Waikiki. Oh, the air conditioner is only a little wall unit and if you turn it all the way down it will cool most of the suite but if you close the door to the bedroom, it’s going to be uncomfortable. I found that out the first night. You have to leave the bedroom door open and turn on the tower fan that is in the room just so you can fall asleep. About 9am you will wake up to a warm bedroom.

My room 1507 was a corner one bedroom suite and I had a good view of Kūhiō ave and Uluniu Ave. If you look in the day, you can see the ocean between a couple other hotels.

It also had a stove, microwave, cups, coffee mugs, utensils, and a refrigerator with separate freezer. 32” TV on the wall with direct tv. Also has WiFi but I didn’t use it. The room had a sofa with a built in bed, and a dining table with a couple of chairs.

I’d stay again, but I wish they had a second air conditioner in the bedroom.

Second time staying here. Great views and pool.

I liked that it had a parking garage. What I didn't like was the smell in the hotel room. I stayed in a studio with a kitchen and the kitchen was smelly.

Location & views were awesome.
Comfortable, spacious apartment ( with safe). Cimfortable bed.
Our apartment had a big balcony which we made best use off. In central Waikiki & a short walk to the beach & lots of eateries & attractions. Recommended.

I love the lanai with ocean view and city view. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Walking distance to beach and shops. Would stay again!
