Cons:

Found blood on a pillow case and room experienced some sort of leak. The closet floor and surrounding carpet was completely soaked when we woke up. We called immediately but we were told maintenance wasn't in until 8. Left the room at 9:15, nobody showed up. No idea if the water was coming from the adjacent room or if it was sewage water. Front desk did not seem concerned at all.

Enjoyable getaway
Pros:

The location was nice. It was close to everything but, kind of secluded as well. I liked that there were activities on the property so, there were options of still having things to do without having to travel offsite. Many of the activities were free and the ones with a fee were easily affordable. The room was really pleasant and I appreciated the screened balcony. The soap, shampoo and lotion that was provided smelled really good. I travel with my own but after smelling the body wash that was in the shower, I decided to use it instead.

Cons:

Our room was situated near the elevators so, during the night we would hear the sounds of the elevator ringing and sometimes guest would be in the “hallway” and they could be heard inside of our room. The A/C was rather loud when it came on. I also wasn’t aware that my staying at this property allowed me to be in a position to be signed up for a time share presentation. The presentation was nice as was all of the representatives and incentives but, I was caught off guard.
