Everything.
Paying for parking.
Excellent amenities, clean! Great pools , hot tubs
Couldn’t ask for any better. Would highly recommend!
Everything was excellent!
The villa was nice and comfy. Roomy!
They charge you extra for parking and room cleaning! Daily!! Did not expect this!
Clean and good location. Staff was friendly enough and the many pools were nice for options.
Staff was pushy about trying to sell us membership. On site location for food and shopping was a bit sparse.
Did not recognize my status (platinum elite) at check in. No gifts no upgrade property was well taken care of biggest issue was room key didn’t work 2x and had to go to front desk 2 different times. Both times they acknowledged they were switching process no points or apology offered for making me come everyday back to front desk. Pain in the ass when on a buisness trip. Rooms seemed outdated but they were clean. Wouldn’t stay here again.
The location was great! Big rooms with balcony which was nice. Finally a place where you can open a door or window instead of airconditioning.
There was a lot to do at the resort with a nice golf course.
Parking was very expensive. In a place like this parking should be included instead of costing 30$ a day.
We did enjoy 90% of our stay but that 10% It left a very sour taste in my mouth like a shakedown
Liked · The grounds and our two bedroom apartment were very well maintained and very clean. On Inter Drive
15 - 20 minutes to the main Parks in a car . Heated pools were lovely
Disliked · Two things that we didn't like . Number 1 after 16 hours of travelling from our home in Ireland we arrived at your hotel and we checked in . After check in we were sent over to the Concierge desk to pick up or parking permit and that's when it Happened . We were hit with a very hard sale for timeshare . It left a very sour taste in my mouth like a shakedown Iam disgusted with your hotel for doing this just as we arrived ( first impressions last ) . This is the something that would put our family off returning to your hotel again . Number 2 is my son who is 27 years of age went to one of the bars within the hotel and was refused alcohol because the bartender would not accept his full Irish drivers licence as ID . The bartender said he could not accept it as it was out of state . How many people who stay in your hotel are out of state . Also Parking fee of $25 a day is a rip off . Our Stay was from 17 to 26 of November 2025. We look forward to your reply.
Where to start?? Upon arrival, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I was willing to overlook that. Sometimes things happen. On the 2nd day we spent all day at a theme park so we picked up dinner and brought it back. After putting everyone to bed, went to the kitchen and found roaches crawling on the stove. Spent the next 30 min trying to calm my wife and throwing away what was left from dinner along with all of the open bags of snacks we had just bought.
Contacted the front desk the next morning to tell them what happened. They suggested sending up an exterminator which I plainly said no! We have two young children and that's not something I want sprayed while we're there. We left to go to another park and were told by text that an exterminator had sprayed the condo.......AFTER I SPECIFICALLY SAID NO!!!!!!
We returned from the park late that night, didn't bring any food with us so we didn't repeat what happened the night prior. Low and behold I got up in the middle of the night and there were more roaches on the stove!! So not only did they spray when I told them not to, it wasn't even effective. Got up early the next morning and immediately went to the front desk. They decided to give me a $50 credit which was actually only half of my parking. I spent nearly $1000 for 3 nights and this is how we were treated?? No compensation for any food that was lost, no compensation for sleeping in a room with roaches for two nights, no compensation for spraying chemicals when I told them not to because of the two young children.
I travel extensively for work and have been a Marriott Bonvoy member for quite a few years. Been to this property six or seven different times with no issues. Extremely disappointed in the way they have not handled anything. Needless to say we've made our last trip there
When we arrived the concierge would not give us our parking pass without repeatedly requesting that we schedule a time to sit in their 2 hour time-share sales pitch. The resort charged $30 a night for parking and there were not nearly enough spots for the amount of rooms or they failed to allocate available spaces. When we got back to our building around midnight the first night and couldn’t find a spot their response was they have overflow parking and a shuttle. The man also didn’t believe us and had us follow him in the shuttle bus around our building. They refused to comp our parking. They only provided housekeeping every other day. However, when we checked in, we were told if we needed any clean towels that they would provide them upon request. We requested clean towels and we were told it would take an hour. After an hour called back and told it could take up to 2 hours. We even offered to pick them up from the front desk but they refused. After nearly 2 hours, someone dropped the towels off outside our room without knocking or alerting us.
This review is for our unit, as my husband and I were there as a working "vacation" just to get out of the snow. It was too cold to use the nearby pool or hot tub (although other people were) or to walk around and explore the restaurants or other amenities. We absolutely loved our 1 bedroom villa! Plenty of space so we weren't on top of each other, double vanity in the bathroom and the enormous shower is separated from the toilet and sinks. There is also a screened in balcony that would have been a lovely morning coffee spot had it been warmer. Everything was up to date and beautiful. Even the washer/ dryer worked efficiently! (Didn't try the dishwasher) The only small blip was the coffee maker leaked from the bottom. I wish we had more time to spend there and nicer weather, but we would definitely return!
The property is very beautiful.
The service from the front desk staff is terrible, and the hotel charges an absurd fee of US$30.00 per night for parking. Room cleaning is not done daily. During the 5 days we stayed there, they only cleaned our room twice, even though I had requested daily cleaning and tidying from the front desk staff.
