Pros:

location was good.
manager seemed to care after we spoke to her about reception person.
also they tracked a lost item and sending to us

Cons:

they charged for parking when it is quite a big place on top of paying for room which was small. person at reception was not pleasant and had an attitude. we spoke with manager as we were disappointed to be treated like that.

Looks pretty from the outside but...first and only stay, never again. NOPE
Pros:

The beds were semi-comfortable, the pool was clean for the most part but got very overcrowded quickly. The surrouding area were not clean, overall there wasn't alot of cleanliness to speak of. If you are in the first floor be careful with the landscaping they blow the dirt right under you door into you room.

We spent an hour killing large waterbugs from our bedroom. They may have slipped in from the broken screens in the patio or the crack under the front door.

Cons:

Our outdoor sitting area was filthy. There were holes in the mesh that is supposed to keep the bugs out. There were various garbage cans outside of our hotel room that smelled, area was filthy, and they were overflowing with garbage. It was obvious they did not clean ther area.

Quarto grande e confortável! localização excelente! hotel com uma excelente estrutura de lazer, muito espaço, local bem tranquilo, bem perto da região do SeaWorld e fácil acesso aos demais parques e localização! foi perfeito!

Cons:

qto ao serviço de limpeza, tivemos que questionar e cobrar limpeza da camareira! estava previsto todos os dias, mas não cumpriram o cronograma! tive que reclamar e pedir para fazerem a limpeza!

Cons:

Que cobren 30 dólares de estacionamiento diario . Para un lugar muy poco accesible por otros medios de transporte me parece una locura!!!!
