A renovation project of the sports complex will take place from Apr 20-May 24, 2026. During this time our tennis, pickleball and basketball courts will be completely closed. The pool areas were nice
The room wasnt cleaned at all while we stayed. We requested it to be cleaned and it wasnt and on check out Alfredo the manager at the front desk promised he would contact me but never did.
The cleaners were on their phones looking at videos sitting on the stairs while supposidly they were "slammed" and couldnt get to our room.
They charge full fees but dont deliver the service of what you pay for

I was always treated with kindness and very professionally. The pool area was always very clean.
This isn't a complaint but when I arrived to check in I was told there was an extra $500 charge for incidental which would be returned upon check out. I was never informed of this prior. I understand I would be refunded this upon check out. I explained this should of been told prior to arriving. The individual that checked me in understood and ended up only charging me $1.I was grateful and appreciated her for doing this

We had a wonderful stay at Marriott’s Grand Vista. The resort was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Abdullah for his warm welcome.
The pool was fantastic and a perfect place to unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

It was relaxing. We really didn't need to leave the resort for other entertainment. It was a destination into itself.
I am a Marriott Titanium Elite Member. Stayed here with my spouse in June 2026 for almost 2 weeks. The Resort Environment is nice and the one Bedroom apartment we stayed was well furnished and equipped….stove, microwave, washer/ Dryer, balcony, etc. The major NEGATIVE with this Resort are the Staff. No recognition of Elite Status. Not sure if the staff are well trained about Hospitality Business. They are generally not courteous, not friendly and always visibly engaging guests in a non chalant attitude. They generally do not greet guests…. All categories of staff. The ONLY exception are the Engineering / Maintenance staff…they do greet and also are willing to go out of there way to sort out issues.Housekeeping is very poor and almost all the housekeeping staff just don’t greet guests. The other issue is the automated answering machine when you call front desk to report an issue..you get transferred call and no one picks it so you have to physically go and queue at the reception to report or complain about an issue. Will strongly consider booking another Marriott Resort next trip. Lastly, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom.
