A renovation project of the sports complex will take place from Apr 20-May 24, 2026. During this time our tennis, pickleball and basketball courts will be completely closed. The villas. They are very nice and spacious.
They were fixing the roofing on building 82. They should have no customers there while the big crane is operating and the work is being done.

The room did have strange smell, like a damp smell
The room ("villa") was well equipped and comfortable. Problem with aircon was quickly repaired by helpful staff. Grounds well maintained and view from good-size balcony pretty.
Both pools were very busy, unwelcoming. If there was a quieter adult-only pool we did not find it. Overall this was too expensive. We expected something more select and, for the price, a little more luxury in the hotel facilities, such as pools, bars, restaurants, shop/store.

My husband and I were looking forward to visiting this property again, having had a wonderful first visit in 2018. There are still many pros about the property. We want to give a shout out to Chance Pena in the Pre Arrivals department, who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for specific property area and specific buildings and floors, so many kudos to him, for outstanding customer service. The unit itself was in great condition, the property is also beautiful - all of that was as great as at our last visit. But this time, we had to make numerous calls to the front desk, because our next door neighbors were smoking weed on their balcony multiple times each day. Not only is weed not legal in the state of Florida, but regardless, this property is a NON SMOKING property!!!! I don't care what the neighbors were smoking - the fact is there are designated smoking areas on the property and a unit's balcony is not one of them. I called the front desk at least four times throughout our week long stay and was met with several different responses, none of which included that it would be taken care of , meaning that the neighbors would be told to stop smoking on their balcony or there would be a fine. I was given wrong information, and at one point a front desk person defended using weed in Florida "if it's for medical marijuana purposes." Again, regardless, this property is non smoking. I have since had multiple calls with various people from the security team, and finally with someone from the front desk department. All of them kept on apologizing, apologizing, and apologizing, saying things like "I'll make sure to follow up, and it's a training issue and I will address it, etc....." Nevertheless, I was an unhappy guest throughout my stay. I kept on getting apology after apology, and with each call I got more and more frustrated because at the end of the day, not only was there never an offer to try to move us (although we shouldn't have had to be the ones to move), but also, there were always excuses for why more could not be done to get the neighbors to stop smoking on their balcony. I want to say that apology without behavior change is manipulation. I have dealt with Marriott many times before, and have most times been met with at least some kind of offer to help us with more than just an apology. As much as we both enjoy this property, I am extremely upset and disappointed at how little was done not only during our visit, but indeed after we have returned home. In fact in my most recent conversation, I was told "well, we could only give you Marriott Bonvoy points, but you're not Bonvoy points members." Not only is this a sales pitch and insulting, but also it's shady. This is Marriott. It's a huge company. I'm quite confident that if they really wanted to, they could find some form of compensation that would benefit me other than Bonvoy points. Again, I have had times at other Marriott properties when I needed to make a complaint and I was met with generosity in that a form of compensation to make up for whatever the trouble was has been offered to me. I am disappointed and upset that I was met with repeated apologies and nothing else was done, not only during our week long stay but since returning home as well. So if you want a nice place to stay, this property is certainly lovely, but if you have any kind of issues, don't expect much in the way of any attempt to do anything other than apologize repeatedly. Unacceptable.
Love this place! Wish we stayed longer. $30 a day for parking is a little crazy for me. But other than that I would definitely stay again! 🥰
Parking fee should be added already to the rate.
We have stayed here about three times before and had never had a problem but this time it was very dissapointing. The ac did not work at night.
When we call they pass us to engeneering which never picks up phone than we went to front desk which told us to call maintenance which send us to engineering. Needless to say no answer...
We were also charged $ 30 a day for parking which was in a week $ 210 total.
At 6:30 am there was noice of the grass cutting machine just when ac starts working...
