Pros:

The rooms were amazing staff was awesome

Cons:

Pools a little over crowded at times and waterslide needs to be watched better when smaller kids are on it and teenagers follow and watch for bullying at the pool form other kids

I would definitely come back.

Pros:

Os quartos são amplos, cama confortável, a localização do hotel é ótima e as piscinas são excelentes.

Cons:

Os equipamentos são velhos, a geladeira faz um barulho enorme, mobília antiga, máquina de lavar e secar fracas, demora muito para secar uma roupa, a limpeza deixa muito a desejar, encontrei um pacote de salgadinho no chão do quarto, ao lado da cama no dia do meu check in, a limpeza é feita dia sim, dia não, isso não condiz com a categoria do hotel. Ao chegar me colocaram num quarto em frente à construção de um novo bloco do hotel, tive que pedir para trocar de quarto sendo que existiam muitos apartamentos disponíveis… já estive no hotel diversas vezes e a qualidade diminuiu muito, limpeza, amenities…

Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms, nice pools. Really beautiful area and easy to access all major attractions in Orlando.

Cons:

Having security flashing lights at us for simply sitting and chilling on our balcony at 1am. We were talking so quietly we could barely hear each other, but supposedly were being too loud. Really killed the vibe when we were already being conscious to be extra quiet.
