Overall, good solid hotel to stay in Scottsdale and would recommend to people.
Pros:

The food staff was friendly. The dining area was spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was extensive compared to others in the same price group. I liked the salsa, cheese, Granola, fruit compote toppings. Nice to see many different types of cold drinks.

I love that there was a full kitchen in my unit because we felt too tired to be out in the heat so frozen food in the hotel made us feel better

The location was in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and especially the river front.

Cons:

Front desk employees were professional but not welcoming; could be more pleasant and happy to be there. Perhaps because they were all young, not certain.

The cooked food was overcooked- eggs tasted rubbery and dry. Sausages were dry and hard.

The room could be a bit more spacious and updated.

Due notti a Scottsdale
Pros:

Soggiorno piacevole in questa struttura a Scottsdale. Il personale è stato molto gentile a cambiarci camera e dandoci una sistemazione più confortevole per quattro persone. Un appartamento familiare con due camere e due bagni, molto confortevole e pulito. Ottima sistemazione.

10/10. Probably my favorite hotel in a very long time
Pros:

I love how everything was in walking distance and that the rooms felt like a condo. It made me feel more relaxed as opposed to being in a regular hotel. I would stay at hyatts like this when traveling every time. I also loved the pull out bed and simplistic set up. Was perfect for the last night there.

Cons:

Bacon could have been a breakfast option

Nice, clean property. A little too far to walk downtown, but a very quick carride. No elevators.

The room was spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Cons:

The bathroom had an open sink area so wasn’t completely private. The door to the shower was very hard to slide. The decor was a bit dated.
