Your website and phone system are inaccurate. The H Bar does not serve food, despite advertising made-to-order omelets and dining options (false advertisement). One of the main reasons we chose this hotel. On top of this misinformation, the hotel failed to answer the phone 3 out of 4 times I called.

We had an enjoyable weeks stay here. Our room was nice and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Old Town. The outdoor pool seems to be very popular. There was always people using it. I can’t imagine how busy the pool would be during Arizona’s well-documented hot summers. The front desk staff was friendly. They were helpful with suggestions of things to-do. Even offered some hints of stuff known to locals. This was very much appreciated to an out of state foreigner like myself. The free breakfast every morning offered an array of options. Some items seemed to rotate on a daily basis. Not the same old thing everyday. If, you’re of legal age, be sure to take advantage of their Happy Hour deals from 3pm (15:00) to 6pm (18:00) Monday through Friday. Honestly, the only negatives someone might have is that they don’t have a single elevator for the entire hotel. It is only 3 floors though. If you’re handicapped, no doubt you’ve made prearrangements to secure a first floor room. maid service is also only offered every other day. You can still request to have more towels/toilet paper or have your trash emptied. With all things considered, my family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat while in Scottsdale.

Friendly and helpful front desk receptionist. Breakfast tables was constantly clean when someone leaves. Breakfast items were constantly refilled during operation hours.

Located within walking distance to Old Town and Civic Center.

The hotel is a dump, showers are dirty and here was not working. Staff was bothered, we were checking in late. Place looks like I'm run down apartment building inside.

Great staff that exceeded expectations whilst we tried to juggle multiple schedules and challenges! Recommend 100%.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt House Scottsdale/Old Town. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The included hot breakfast was very good, they offered a lot of variety. When I was ready to relax I found peace and serenity poolside. The property is conveniently located, a very safe walk to everything Old Town has to offer.

Great property. Nice room and overall great experience. It was March so it was very busy and staff was very helpful. The room AC was super cold!

Our stay at Hyatt House Scottsdale/Old Town had several significant issues that impacted our experience.
Prior to arrival, we were promised an upgraded multi-bedroom room to accommodate our family of five. We chose to keep our reservation specifically because of this offer. However, upon arrival, we were given a standard room that did not meet our needs, and the situation was initially handled in a dismissive manner with no acknowledgment of the prior commitment.
Management later stepped in and provided compensation (comping the first night and discounting the remainder of the stay), which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. For the final two nights of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. While maintenance temporarily addressed it during the day, it failed again overnight, and there was no after-hours maintenance available. This resulted in two very uncomfortable nights.
Additionally, the property itself appears to be in need of significant maintenance. The bathroom fan squeals loudly when the light is turned on, some wall outlets have broken covers, and areas outside the room have crumbling stucco with exposed metal mesh. For a rate of almost $500 per night, the overall condition of the hotel was not in line with expectations.
Overall, while there was an effort to make things right financially, the stay was impacted by a lack of follow-through, inconsistent service, and subpar room conditions. We expected a much higher level of quality and reliability.

Older Hyatt in a great location and excellent staff. No elevators and no staff to help with luggage. All entrances on exterior and stairs only to rooms

When I handed the front desk associate my world of Hyatt card with my ID, he said “Here you go, we won’t need that”, and placed the card back onto the counter. I have always needed to present the card I used for payment for incidentals, and I was definitely not welcomed at a discoverist. Oddly enough the water is usually a huge luxury, but since it was 91 degrees, I definitely asked for it. When the sssociate accidentally checked us into a room that was occupied on the third floor, he didn’t even say he was sorry or acknowledge the mistake, and just checked us into another room. I was pretty stunned. We then called regarding the noise and were directed to the city of Scottsdale for any complaints. No empathy, no explanation, no assistance. Really brutal.

Great hotel especially for spring training. Close to Old town Scottsdale and The Sugar Bowl. Very safe. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will stay again.
