Soggiorno piacevole in questa struttura a Scottsdale. Il personale è stato molto gentile a cambiarci camera e dandoci una sistemazione più confortevole per quattro persone. Un appartamento familiare con due camere e due bagni, molto confortevole e pulito. Ottima sistemazione.
Clean, spacious
No elevator which surprised us.
I love how everything was in walking distance and that the rooms felt like a condo. It made me feel more relaxed as opposed to being in a regular hotel. I would stay at hyatts like this when traveling every time. I also loved the pull out bed and simplistic set up. Was perfect for the last night there.
Bacon could have been a breakfast option
The room was spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped.
The bathroom had an open sink area so wasn’t completely private. The door to the shower was very hard to slide. The decor was a bit dated.
Quarto e sala amplos
Carpete poderia ser mais novo
Unfortunately like others it started at check in. The girl looked unwell and gave me my keys and a map. When I told her you’re supposed to direct guests towards their rooms rather than handing a map, she said “ok” with a gen z stare. Her manager just stared as well. Then I find MOLD in the bathroom. The night auditor does not greet guests either, just stares. As a GM in the industry, this places lacks customer service and has serious health violations. It feels like a scary movie when employees just stare at you rather than say hello. The moldy rooms are scary in itself.
We stayed at the Hyatt House Scottsdale. Diego checked us in along with helping us while we stayed with various requests and was fantastic! We enjoyed our time. What a great place to stay.
It was quiet, had good service, great location, and the included breakfast was a great plus. The room was large and clean.
Note: There were no elevators, so taking your luggage up to the 3rd floor could be a struggle for some. The living room area was a little dated/casual, and our towels the first night were a bit rough. These things didn't greatly affect our stay, but may be noteworthy to some.
The check in process was very smooth thanks to Diego. He was very helpful settling us in and giving us recommendations
It started at check-in. The guy at the front desk looked like he'd rather be anywhere else. I asked, as nicely as I could, whether we might be able to get a higher floor. He didn't even glance at the screen before telling me they were completely sold out. Something felt off, so I checked myself — and sure enough, there were rooms available. I'm a Hyatt Globalist member, and I've never felt like that status meant less somewhere than it did here.
But the room is what really got me. The carpet was filthy — visibly, undeniably dirty. And then we noticed bugs. On the floor. In the closet. We didn't want to put our luggage down, let alone unpack. That's not a minor complaint or a one-off bad experience — that's a basic standard of cleanliness that just wasn't met.
I genuinely wanted to like this place. I didn't.
