Pros:

The location to where I was visiting.

Cons:

I was charge double the price of the stay. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they said it would change within 24 hours and that is not the case. I paid twice the amount of money it stated plus $40 in amenities that I was also told that would come off. I am very disappointed in this and will be contacting the better business bureau.

I have stayed here before; this time quality appears to have deterioated; especially bathroom with plumbing and venting issues; parking lot was torn up in a construction project with many spaces roped off, in room coffee capsules were not replenished for Day 3

Great staff and wonderful stay.
Pros:

Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

It is weird that there are no bars within walking distance of the hotel. It seems like the hotel possibly used to have a bar onsite, but that was not open.

Pros:

Our event was at the Schott and the hotel was just about a miles walk down the road. We were able to get the hotel shuttle to our event and walk back to the hotel from the event (because the shuttle stopped giving rides back to the hotel at 1030p). The beds in our room were like any other hotel bed, pretty firm.
