Staff and location combined, made it a great value stay.
Pros:

For the needs that I had for the property, it was very close to the highway, there was a Denny’s right next-door so that was perfect for a quick bit of food, also Aaron at the front desk, who checked me in past midnight, he was patient and fantastic. I was having some issues with my account and he worked his magic and helped me get checked in.

Cons:

I think it’s more with the policy than the property, but the damage deposit has to be charged on the same card as the one that that’s used to book it. Some hotels allow separate cards to be used, and I found out that some don’t, like this one. I think that should be a heads up to anybody who books with this hotel, just in case their funds are not altogether in one card.

Close to arena and stadium!
Pros:

The location was very close to my event. The hotel offered shuttle service to and from the venue.

Cons:

The toilet in our room kept overflowing, even without using it. We asked the front desk for a plunger, just to keep it on our room during our stay. When it was not overflowing, it just kept flushing over and over again. We didn't ask for a different room because our arrival was very time sensitive, so we just dealt with it. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. Free on-site parking/hot breakfast were a bonus!

Pros:

The staff here are extremely friendly. I like the shuttle feature they have and that is why I picked Fairview. On the way back from the hospital, the shuttle driver had a really nice conversation with me.

This hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and convenient to May things in Columbus with easy access to the highway.
Pros:

It was very convenient to Riverside Methodist Hospital. I was staying there because a family member was in the hospital.

I liked everything about it.
