Pros:

Our event was at the Schott and the hotel was just about a miles walk down the road. We were able to get the hotel shuttle to our event and walk back to the hotel from the event (because the shuttle stopped giving rides back to the hotel at 1030p). The beds in our room were like any other hotel bed, pretty firm.

There for a memorial service. Location was perfect. Son appreciated bike availability. Great value
Pros:

Great staff. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Quantity shampoo etc to reduce waste

Cons:

Parking lot was torn up. Obviously temporary. No interesting restaurants close by

Above and beyond!
Pros:

I liked how close it was to Ohio Stadium.

Cons:

The room was clean, the staff was very helpful, and friendly. They were especially helpful when I had an issue with a double charge on my card. Even the inconvenience of the issue was made hassle free by the wonderful staff. Excellent customer service!

Extremely over priced for a bare bones hotel with no life, no bar, terrible coffee and breakfast

Cons:

Lifeless , characterless even on OSU graduation weekend. This is not how it was previously. Looks like they’ve stripped this bare. Even the bar was closed on Saturday night before graduation day.

Fantastic staff but hotel let us down with the cancellation of the shuttle service to the festival
Pros:

The location and the staff are fantastic

Cons:

We had booked this hotel before last year for the Sonic Temple festival and loved the shuttle service. This year before I booked I called to ask if the shuttle service was still available. The hotel said yes I booked and paid come here to find out that the service was canceled 3 weeks ago. The hotel could have send an email. We had to find other options and everything was selling out fast.

he hotel canceled my reservation less than 12 hours before I was supposed to be there. Absolutely unbelievable. No offer of finding another room at another hotel. No offer of anything. Supposedly for remodeling. I cannot believe that they couldn’t schedule the remodeling two weeks out or whatever to give people adequate notice. I’ve never seen such a awful business practice in the Hospitality industry in my life.
