Pros:

Had everything we needed for a Christmas vacation to see family. Close to everywhere we needed to be and very friendly accommodating staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Rooms needed a little updating and at first it was hard to find our way thru the halls. Better signage needed.

The property is in an amazing location. A short drive to the Zoo and Cosi but still in a quiet area.

Cons:

We were charged a $10 a night parking fee that was not told to us during check in. My husband called and asked why we were charged $20 because we always leave our rooms extremely clean before we check out and that’s when we were informed it is $10 a night to park at the facility. I felt this was ridiculous seeing as we had stayed in a two bedroom suite that was kind of expensive.

Pros:

They offer board games to take back to your rooms. My kids loved having a family game night. Clean rooms, clean pool. Very helpful and friendly staff! Love the outdoor grilling area and the basketball court.
