If it hadn't been so noisy, with the room so close to a major freeway, it would've been a very nice stay. If I try it again I'll ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

Nice clean property that is on the ART Bus line but also walking distance if needed which was so nice! Staff was always kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay but wish the rooms were slightly bigger, the headboard outlets worked, and that the beds were queen sized instead of full sized.

Yes everything was good except for the price extra of the parking and when I was going to check a few people was giving complains to staff I was kind of scare to have a bad experience but besides the parking charge they give me options to check out a little late but they charge a few more for that and was fine .. I rated 3/5

Strange Odor in room
Pros:

I had an odd experience where the room had a funky musky odor. The hotel didn’t really take the proper steps in my opinion to rectify it. First thing, they should have offered to switch my room or tell me hotel is sold out. They never relayed either message. They sent up a cleaning lady with a can of glade. I was like please do not use that. That won’t fix this. I noticed it could be the AC. Front desk mentioned maybe it’s the filter. They sent a maintenance man up. He said it’s not a filter issue. He explained that these rooms in this corner sit above the boiler room and an odor seeps in. So this is a known issue? The odor was nasty. I kept the air off. At checkout, they reimbursed my $16 parking and said a supervisor would contact me. Still waiting on that.

Enjoyed my stay for a Disney weekend! Quick 5 minute uber ride to Disneyland and they also have a shuttle. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was the pillows are uncomfortable, unless you like hard pillows & the TV did not have airplay, only cable unless you take a HDMI cable.

nigth shift front desk doesn’t have a good attitude dealing with customers.poor average about explaining details of charges..not very helpful in needing help..night shift front desk only..
