They asked us what day of our stay would we liked our room cleaned and told them the second day since we were there only for 3. And they never came and cleaned our room so disappointing

Close to family and price was great for the area.
Pros:

We had a nice room. The rooms are old, but ok in decor.
I am allergic to scents, and asked that our room be cleaned with fragrance free products. It was.

Cons:

Th television was so old that it didn’t have option for Netflix or connecting my phone to it, there was no coffee offered in the hotel for free because I’ve seen it in other Sonesta hotels and the fact that I had to buy it and it wasn’t even always open (the coffee shop) was annoying, I had no control over the AC in my room, and I could never contact the front staff because the line always seemed to be busy. Prob will not be staying here again.

Pros:

La piscina estaba bien, buena temperatura, limpia y acorde con lo mostrado en las fotos.

Cons:

No hacen aseo en la habitación a menos que uno la programe, cobran parqueadero aparte y no dan desayuno.
