Ładnie z zewnątrz wygląda

Basen czynny do 18.00 to żart, w słoneczny dzień ludzie chcieliby skorzystać i nie mogą. Personel bezradny, sami młodzi ludzie bez doświadczenia, a najgorzej w restauracji - obsługa to dwoje bardzo młodych Ukraińców kompletnie niemających pojęcia co mają zrobić, kręcą się, nie podejdą na czas, nie zbiorą zamówień, dziewczynka nie potrafi zrobić drinków, a to co ostatecznie serwuje jest dalekie od oczekiwań.

Spa facilities were awful. Very deceiving descriptions and we were not made aware parts of the spa that are supposed to be included with our stay were closed. Immediately upon entering the hotel other guests told us not to stay.

Camera, colazione, accoglienza. La struttura forse era un cinque stelle 50 anni fa. Nelle camere al 4 piano entrano le foglie dalle finestre situate sul tetto e ti ritrovi pieno di foglioline minuscole in tutto il letto e tutta la camera. Non mai visto un hotel che non abbja a colazione qualcosa al cioccolato per i bambini soprattutto un cosiddetto 5 stelle. Materasso inesistente nel divano letto e sottilissimo nel letto matrimoniale, non si può dormire. Dopo la prima notte sono andato via nonostante avessi pagato per 4 notti…

Pros:

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the natural surroundings of the hotel are beautiful.
There are many shopping centers in the area
Good transportation links to Krakow—by bus and train

Cons:

In my opinion, this hotel doesn't live up to a 5-star rating. We often stay at 3-star hotels in Warsaw, and they've been better than this one.
The building is old, and there isn't much variety in the food.
