Nagyon finom volt a reggeli és bőséges. Nagyon jó helyen található, közel a tömegközlekedés. Kedves és segítőkész személyzet, nagyon jó parkolási lehetőség. Csodálatos a park. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

Cons:

Külső medence felújítás alatt, a szaunák is csak korlátozottan lehetett igénybe venni.

Darmowy, acz zatłoczony parking. Rzadkość w Krakowie. Przestronne pokoje. Atrakcyjna, jak na Kraków, cena. Stosunkowo niedaleko od centrum.

Cons:

Hotel zdecydowanie nie spełnia standardu pięciogwiazdkowego. Śniadania bardzo skromne, obsługa z dużym opóźnieniem reagowała, np. na brak talerzy. Na godzinę przed końcem śniadania praktycznie skończyło się pieczywo. Przeciekająca na całą łazienkę kabina prysznicowa, mimo dwóch zgłoszeń awaria nie została naprawiona (problem sprowadza się do wymiany uszczelki na dole drzwi kabinowych). Ogólnie standard jak w bardzo przeciętnym hotelu trzygwiazdkowym.

Pros:

Bezpłatny parking, śniadanie bardzo dobre , pokój bardzo dobry, obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła . Pokój przestronny. Jest dużo miejsca na grilla i spacery wokół hotelu

Cons:

Mimo że w hotelu było spa nie można było skorzystać bo remont zamiast prysznica była wanna suszarka była jak na każdym basenie a znam hotele trzy gwiazdkowe które mają lepsze suszarki
