De vriendelijkheid van het personeel.
De sterk verouderde kamer en badkamer. De badkamer is niet meer van deze tijd. Een bad met zeer hoge instap, in de vorm van een doodskist met daarop een te kleine douchewand. De tegels met brokken uit. Onvoldoende verlichting in de badkamer. Een verkeerde maat van WC-bril die geplaatst werd... De badkamer is ondermaats voor die prijs.
Ontbijt was goed. Ligging vlakbij het station en bij het centrum, restaurants en winkels. De ramen waren geluidsisolerend waardoor je weinig last van geluid buiten had.
The room is very big, but they have low ceilings and feel a bit dated even with the new decoration. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. The bath was nice. Everything you would expect from a hotel without getting overexcited. The location is perfect and the breakfast is just fine.
Low ceilings, Dated Furniture. The whole hotel feels crumbled to fit everything. There was no sound proofing from the street and the windows of the 1st floor rooms must have their curtains pulled at all times, else you become a spectacle from the street and all the people that walk in the center of the city.

Location is perfect.
Bathroom wasn't clean. Toilet had stull urine in it. Gross. Beds where very basic and not really comfortable
Location was good.
The room was large and clean.
There were a coffee machine and a water boiler (coffee capsules and teabags were provided).
Double bed was consisting of two beds put side by side, with noticeable gap in between.
Breakfast was average, some Viennoiseries/pastries did not feel fresh (however the bread was good).
