A zona do pequeno almoço

Stunning Fort Garry is well worth the cost.
Pros:

A beautiful historic hotel in downtown Winnipeg with a history of being haunted.
Unfortunately we never had time to walk around and see more of the historic parts but we heard that it has part of the original Fort Garry on the property.

Cons:

I overheard that they are doing “upgrading the beautiful historical elevator’s and personally I think they should keep the stunning elevators the way they are.
New isn’t always better.
It’s a beautiful building with so much architecture details inside and out.
I’d maintain the historical beauty they have.

Stately hotel located conveniently in downtown Winnipeg.
Pros:

Stayed here for three nights total on the way to/from Churchill with Natural Habitat Adventures. This hotel is well maintained and is Reisen of the glory days when hotels were built with elegant charm. Beautiful architecture. Breakfast buffet left a little to be desired but food was good overall.

History Meets Luxury
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel three nights in October, and I loved it. It was the perfect union of a historical hotel and modern, luxurious comforts. The mattress and top-shelf linens afforded wonderful rest. Appointments were tasteful, and the entire staff was super helpful, friendly, and courteous. The bar and restaurant were wonderful with delicious food and drinks and excellent service in an opulent setting. The complimentary Wi-Fi was strong. I would love to return.

Beautiful hotel, with a wonderful staff and super comfy beds.
Pros:

Staff check in and out was great. They offered two options for the beds, soft or harder and I picked soft and it was so comfortable, I slept 10 hours! Great shower products and nice fluffy towels and robes.

Cons:

There was no ramp and walking up the stairs to the main entrance when it was icy and snowy (they did salt it) pulling my heavy luggage up was unexpected. Since the floors were hardwood/laminate some slippers would have been a nice touch.

Memorable property with dated guest rooms
Pros:

The Fort Garry is a beautiful, historic property in downtown Winnipeg. The common areas are impressively designed, with modern style integrating well with the historical styles. The rooms are dated and could use updating to match the splendor of the hotel. While the main space of my king room was comfortable, the bathroom was especially dated, small, and drafty. The bed felt luxurious, which was a highlight of the room. I also liked the amenities. There’s a good 24/7 gym, and I liked the early morning complimentary Illy coffee machine for my Americano fix. All in all, despite the dates room, it’s worth staying for the ambience and higher end touches.

Over all it was a good experience for the short stay
Pros:

It was gorgeous

Cons:

The rooms could’ve been better. I felt like for such a classy hotel the rooms are minimum

Enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the newly renovated units and it was beautiful! We are looking forward to staying on this floor again and when the private lounge is open.

Little things such as those suggested will make guests want to return.
Pros:

I appreciated being given complimentary tickets to the comedy show.

Cons:

For the price, I was expecting a poll within the hotel but they were offering the pool in a condo across it, as well as slippers. The washroom exhaust also needs to be updated as the space is all steamed up after a shower.

Lovely
Pros:

The hotel building is beautiful, a little extra at Christmas with all the decorations. We stayed for four nights. The room was lovely, decorated in a style to suit the age of the hotel. Comfy bed, feather pillows, robes in the room. We added a romance package one night, which included wine and strawberries plus breakfast the next morning. It was well worth the price. Good shower, lots of pressure, nice amenities provided. Shower could use an exhaust fan or an opening window in the room to avoid steaming up the whole room! The gym is small, but very well equipped.

Location is great. It's an easy walk to the train station, The Forks and the Human Rights Museum.

Heated, underground parking was great and seemed very secure.

I'd stay here again if I returned to Winnipeg.
