Pros:

Breakfast was subpar, bring back continental breakfast and ditch grab and go. Staff was super friendly.

Disastrous service, canceled bookings, and rude front desk staff

Location was convenient for local attractions

Cons:

We called the property hours before arrival to notify them of a late arrival (between Midnight and 1:00 AM). The staff member on duty assured us everything was taken care of and we needed to do nothing more. However, upon arrival at 12:45 AM, we found our original reservation had been canceled during the night audit.

​Trying to resolve it at the desk was a nightmare: the agent attempted to rebook us for the wrong number of nights at a rate $100 higher than Booking.com, and tried to charge a $140 early check-in fee for a 1:00 AM check-in on a room we had already tried to reserve for that night.

​Staff communication is completely uncoordinated across shifts. After another staff member assured us a late checkout wouldn't be a problem, the morning agent ("Aletha") refused to honor it or work with us, speaking to us with outright hostility. The total lack of professionalism and phantom policies ruin what should be a simple stay. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

Less than ideal. Not worth the money
Pros:

It was a bed to sleep in for a couple of days. Allowed pets for $25/day + tax.

Cons:

The hallways smelled awful. Like Indian and Mexican food mixed with a strong smell of weed. I held my breath on the way to my room every time. Charge you for every little thing. It was a suite that didn’t come with a single dish or piece of silverware. What’s the point of booking a suite with a kitchen or I can’t cook?
