Pros:

The bathtub was messed up, paint or whatever coming up so couldn’t shower or give baths to my kids. The tv is a joke. It kept going off, don’t work for an hour 1/2. And the microwave did not work.

About what I expected given the price.
Pros:

Closeness to my event. Price. The ac worked well.

Cons:

There was a smell in the elevator and the hallway. The bed mattress was worn out on both sides and the springs were poking out. Felt like I would roll out of the bed because it sloped.
