I liked that fact the shower had hot water. That's about the only thing that wasn't a disappointment. Definitely more things I didn't like then I did.
The listing I booked from said it offered "very good breakfast" that was the only reason we decided on it. All the other listing for that area and price said "free breakfast." They breakfast was nothing more then gross coffee and was "grab & go" style (granola bars & instant plain oatmeal). The lady that checked us in told us we can get clean towels anytime we need them as long as we bring the old ones down, a few hours later I took the towels we had used downstairs and the same lady gave me an attitude about "if I even have any rite now," and treated me like I was inconveniencing her. She went from nice and helpful to rude and snippy. The lady's on the the night shift were more pleasant. They were helpful considering I had to go back downstairs to get my room key redone EVERY TIME I need to get in my room. The location was not pedestrian friendly. They didn't even give u coffee in our room. They had no complimenty shampoo or conditioner. The windows only opened about 2 inches. Inside the elevator smelled like the motor or belt was burning (I was glad we were only on the 2nd floor). The parking lot had numerous piles of cigarette buttes. Not even the house keeping lady's we smiling or friendly.
Room looked clean and front desk staff was very nice.
No Breakfast like advertised, T.V remote didn't work. A/C sounded terrible and it didn't get cold enough in the room. Curton over the windows was broken and we were afraid to move it thinking it would fall down. Bath tub looked terrible coding was pealing off the tub.
Location, stay, got married!
Nothing
It was close to the activities that we were doing.
The bed was hard and sunk in the middle. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, there was hair.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful (they accommodated my smell sensitivity and there were no heavy perfumes/deodorizers in the room). The breakfast bar was nice. The mattresses were comfortable.
The springs on the beds were loud & squeaky. The tub had been refinished and it was cracking/peeling (we didn't shower). The edging trim on the formica kitchen counter was falling off. The sound insulation in the ceiling was non-existent. It sounded like an elephant was stomping on the floor above us. Really, the updating on this hotel room was just cheaply and shoddily done.
I really loved Jiji she was so welcoming and attentive.
It was a great place to stay.
On1st floor
Loud noises from floor banging from above to constant
Car alarms. No water pressure in shower. Took forever to wash soap out of my hair!
The staff was really nice and respectful and helpful
The people were nice.
Everything. They say you get kitchen amenities but they “don’t have” any to give you.
Then they had no cold water to have a bath for my babies. And didn’t have a bath plug.
The door doesn’t lock.
The room was dirty.
The staff
Rooms smelled like smoke, mold in the shower, shower was cracking
Great location in terms of proximity to my work, the grocery store, and downtown.
Meh, it smelled a little funky sometimes but I think that’s the smoking.
