Ideal location, very central. Bed was comfy. Kept our luggage in storage

Cons:

When we checked in, we said we weren't going to use the card on file but use a different one. The receptionist said no problem and took my partners card details, got him to sign a form etc. Then a declined card came up on my account for the same amount as I didnt have sufficient funds in that account and when I questioned this, she said she tried to charge my card first

Perfect little boutique hotel in a great location
Pros:

Adorable Boutique Hotel, my room was perfect for 1 person, the shower was wonderful and everything spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy and linens were great!

Cons:

I wanted to stay longer, as my husband was in the hospital, but they were sold out. I was lucky to get one night there!

Would recommend for good location if you’re looking for a functional stay
Pros:

Good location and fine for a city stay. Nice touch to have free coffee and pastry in the morning. Lovely reception staff.

Cons:

Not a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights but the room was very tiny with no hanging space and the walls were very thin so sound travelled!! Also the bar could have had a bit more atmosphere and some of the bar staff looked like they didn’t really want to be there!

Very convenient stay for short trip to Boston

Had cafe integrated which was great for breakfast.

Cons:

Smallest hotel room we’ve ever had although had everything needed & comfortable but small double bed.

We were only there 2 nights but we enjoyed it. Very old historic hotel but updated nicely!
Pros:

Great central location. We ate breakfast at the Landmer 2 times and dinner 1 time; all were excellent. Free coffee and pastry in the morning was a nice perk. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great.

Cons:

The room was small but well appointed. However, not designed for short people! I could barely reach the hooks for coats and robes, the towels were challenging to get down, and I couldn't reach the refrigerator at all. A step stool would be a nice addition for those of us who are vertically challenged!

I would stay here again if ever in Boston.
Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff friendly, and the adjoining cafe served great food. I also enjoyed sitting outside with a wine or cocktail and watching the world go by.

Cons:

The double bed was expected so not a complaint, but making others aware that it is exactly that. The room can’t accommodate any larger. I was fine with it but my husband is 6’ and he found it a bit challenging.
