Nothing. Outdated beyond description, overpriced, bathroom fixtures didn't work, no croissants in the morning, uncomfortable bed. This was a last minute business trip, should have stayed at a newer hotel for a couple of dollars more closer to convention center.

Loved the location but I might consider another hotel next time
Pros:

Wonderful location - very well situated and close to the Copley T.

Cons:

Cleaning staff did not come in and make up the room; found a random paper towel in the fridge when I checked in. Morning coffee and croissant was disappointing. Staff could be friendlier. Also, the room was very noisy - you can hear every creak and toilet flush of neighboring rooms.

overall decent stay in a great location
Pros:

The location was excellent. I was traveling for work and came in a little earlier than check-in just hoping to store my bags but they were able to accommodate me and get me checked in early. I understand this isn't always available but it was very nice of the team to allow that. If you are in Boston for tourism this location is 10/10 perfect. You are within walking distance to tons of the local sites, restaurants, and shopping. Half a block away is the Copley Green line stop for easy access to other parts of town. The room is on the smaller side but that is expected with hotel rooms in cities like this.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little disappointing. I don't know if this is because I was allowed to check in early so they did a very quick basic clean on it and let me go in but I did expect it to be a little cleaner. It didn't seem like things had been wiped down or swept from the last guest. I was only there for one night and cleaned it up myself a bit and it was fine but it was disappointing to have to deal with.

Front of house staff friendly and helpful. The location was in a very nice area and handy for subway and main line stations.

Cons:

Hotel was not good value for money. Minimal services and poor room service with no tea/ coffee facilities in room. The hotel and rooms are in need of an upgrade.
