Pros:

We complained about the broken
Toilet seat (and that was important due to the fact I am recovering from a stroke and afraid of falling) an toilet handle needed work and I told the front desk upon checking out. The bathroom needed work. They told me because we prepaid to contact booking.com. I really checked hotels that had a very good and above rating. I was not impressed.

The staff and hot tub and the pool was very nice

We needed to leave for the airport outside of normal shuttle hours, so they called an Uber for us. Room was very clean and quiet.

Maintenance didn’t speak English. Could not communicate A/C concern.

Cons:

Was charged a 50 dollar pet fee which wasn’t disclosed on Booking’s app. Even though I selected pet-friendly. Attendant at desk should’ve waived it upon my displeasure and request. Room was too expensive.

We needed a hotel with shuttle to the airport and this was perfect.
Pros:

Everyone was very pleasant and seemed happy at their job. Rooms very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious.
