I will be back to stay
Pros:

Love the hot tub and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

Alot of chlorine in the pool area, makes your eyes burn

Maintenance didn’t speak English. Could not communicate A/C concern.

Cons:

Was charged a 50 dollar pet fee which wasn’t disclosed on Booking’s app. Even though I selected pet-friendly. Attendant at desk should’ve waived it upon my displeasure and request. Room was too expensive.

We needed a hotel with shuttle to the airport and this was perfect.
Pros:

Everyone was very pleasant and seemed happy at their job. Rooms very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Overall a great stay
Pros:

Room was clean and functional. Pool/spa was nice. All the staff were kind and helpful. Location wasnt bad. Breakfast was amazing. Was a bit more expensive than hotels near by but you got what you paid for and if you go further into Columbus they are way more expensive.

Cons:

It was a little loud during the night and early morning but not much they can do about that.

Great place, well worth the price.
Pros:

The room was clean and well appointed. There was a gym on site and plenty of restaurant choices. The hotel is also close to the highway and a short distance to the airport. The hotel associates were warm, and professional.

Cons:

My hotel floor was a little noisy - children running and yelling in the hallway. The kids were happy and didn't intend to disrupt, I could have used a little more quiet. When I called downstairs for help with the noise, I didn't receive any assurance the hotel would look into it.
