Pros:

Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Straßenlärm nicht mehr wahrnehmbar.
Die Suite ist sehr großzügig und sauber war.

Cons:

Bei Straßenausrichtung des Zimmers starke Lärmbelästigung bei geöffneten Fenstern.

Das Hotel versprüht Glanz aus ‚alten Zeiten’, da es 2007 eröffnet wurde und die Einrichtung noch aus dieser Zeit stammt. Große Marmorfliesen zum Beispiel sind einfach nicht mehr up to date.

Das Frühstück bietet lediglich Standard und kann mit der Auswahl anderer Ketten wie NIU nicht mithalten.

ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen
Pros:

das Ursprüngliche Zimmer war sehr warm, die Klimaanlage hatte nicht funktioniert. Ich habe daraufhin anstandslos ein neues, in diesem Fall sogar, noch schöneres Zimmer bekommen. Das Personal war wie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr zentral gelegen..sehr freundliches Personal 😊 das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand und auch sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der Flugverkehr hat uns nicht gestört. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hat man kaum etwas gehört. Klimaanlage war vorhanden, aber wir wussten nicht wie man sie richtig bedient. Es zog uns zuviel 😊

Sehr große und saubere Suite.

Cons:

Ein entspanntes Essen im Restaurant am Anreiseabend war nicht möglich, da die Bedienung sehr verärgert und wütend über irgendein hausinternes Problem war. Somit erfolgte keine Bedienung. Nach längerem Warten entschieden wir uns für die Suche nach einem anderen Restaurant.

Nach dieser enttäuschenden Anreise ärgerte man sich über Kleinigkeiten, die wir allerdings nicht in eine schlechtere Bewertung einfließen ließen:

- kaputte Tasse im Restaurant
- kein Abräumen des schmutzigen Geschirrs
- fehlende Halterung für Hygieneartikel in der Dusche
- umständliche Inbetriebnahme der Klimaanlage (Fenster öffnen war aufgrund der Autobahngeräusche nicht möglich)

Flexible, great staff.
Pros:

Fantastic - last minute unplanned arrival, very late at night. Two staff at the reception were incredibly helpful in getting a room ready for my family, which already had 2 sleeping kids ready for a bed.

Room was spacious and clean - easy access to parking.
