The grounds had a nice green area with table. The rooms had nice large windows and balcony to sit outside or let the light in. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly, helpful and attentive person. He helped us get into our room early as we only had a few hours to sleep before our flight. The breakfast also was great with good variety of cold and hot food.

We only stayed 2 nights to be close to the airport whilst we visited Menaggio. The hotel shuttle bus was reliable. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and lovely clean rooms. Overall pleasant experience.

They have a restaurant in the hotel and there are several walkable places to eat as well. It was on a quiet street very close to the airport. Nice, clean and comfortable.

don't take the breakfast, it s awful. Even the coffee was not good and the eggs were green and no real choice. What a disappointment. Parking, yes there is one in border of the street and only about 6, if full you need to pay. The room was cold and they couldn't do anything, neither they tried. The room are small and the bathroom very basic. When they say relaxing bathtub, it s just a normal bathtub.
So dont get me wrong, it s ok hotel to stay one night at a value of 70-80 dollars ( without discount) and dont take breakfast..it will be kind of ibis red and with no car..but if you expect an hotel at a value of 130 euros ( as hotels sell it) you will not get it.

Perfect place next to airport.

We checked in this hotel after a long flight , arriving past midnight , asked for late check out the following day , willing to pay for it , and were declined the option to do so . Also , the top bed sheet was completely ripped and destroyed which was just horrible !

I asked to get picked up at the airport which was what was on Orbitz. It was about 11:30PM and they said the shuttle did not run that late. I took a taxi to hotel. When I checked in I said I need a shuttle in the morning - he said it would be $5 Euros. It's not the $5 euros - its that I have never paid a fee for hotel transportation to airport. I got the fealing that the employees were trying to squeeze some money out of tourist. In the morning he encouraged me to get the breakfast they had at the property for $10 euros. I declined. The property was very old. I would have gladly paid $50 Euros more for a nice place.

Perfect for a day or 2 near Malpensa airport. Staff were super friendly, the 5 euro airport transfer was quick and efficient, rooms clean and well appointed (although some old fashioned Italian plug sockets which not all adapters fit into.. so as in most of Italy, bring a variety!) nice pool and well kept gardens. Bring your own towels for the pool!

Very good overall. Friendly staff who had excellent english. Unfortunately, the hotel bistro is closed on a wednesday, which was a shame. We were directed to a pizza place (Mastro Pizza) a short distance (2 mins) away, which was excellent and great value for money. The pool is lovely with nice surroundings. Unfortunately, we were unable to have a late check out* as the hotel was full, and there was no changing room / shower, other than the poolside shower. A spare room for this facility would be great, as we could have used the pool whilst we waited 3 hours for the airport run!
*The lovely receptionists allowed us an extra 30-45 mins to check out of the room. Grazie!

The staff were extremely helpful with fantastic service.Ideal stop over if you have an early flight to catch.
