Customer service at the front desk was rude and very disrespectful. My room had a smell to it when you walk in then on the right hand side of the sofa, it was a stain.

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and close to the major theme parks and shopping centres.

Cons:

The food after day one, lacked variety. Having the same type of menu without seasoned options. After eating 3 days of breakfast we had to stop going.

Orlando vacation with the girls!
Pros:

The warm welcome from Anderson at reception - The spacious room - The kitchenette and ice maker - The daily breakfast - The pool - The washing room to do your laundry (as we were there for 7 days, and having 3 girls, washing is Real! 🤣)

Cons:

No kettle in the kitchen - we love our tea, so we just boiled water on the stove top. No real plastic containers for left over dinners to be packed away and used for another meal.
