My overall stay was enjoyable... Anderson at the front desk is a joy and very helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the food quality, which was fantastic! The food handlers were very knowledgeable on food time temperature control and food quality. They took pride in the food they presented each morning, through the flavorful waffle batter mixture, the sauteed spinach and mushroom, the quality of the oatmeal texture and the toppings for the oatmeal, and the blueberry compote that went on top of the breakfast yogurt. My room was clean and the size was decent for what I needed it for. I just think the cleaning team left chemicals (a cleaning solution in the tub too long) which caused it to have a massive ring in it...that made it look dirty (unclean and discolored).

Cons:

The hotel is decent. My overall stay was good, and I would return if I'm ever in the Seaworld area, again. So, there isn't anything that I disliked about the hotel. Each morning housekeeping showed up ready to work and clean the property as it was their own home.

Location is the only good thing

Cons:

Aileen is the worst person you'll ever deal with. Very rude zero customer service.
Plus you'll have to pay $27 per day to park your car there.

It was cleaned enough for a hotel.

Cons:

I dispised having to pay for parking. I didnt use the pool or have breakfast. I got to the hotel around 9 and just showered and slept left the next day. Why would parking be an additional fee and not disclosed until I got there??? I would have made it my choice to stag there rather than having no choice but to pay at the moment..
Also the pull out bed was very lumpy and not comfortable

La ubicación me pareció muy estratégica, la habitación cómoda solicite en el ckeck in se cambie a una habitación mas grande tipo suite y me pareció bastante adecuada para mi familia, El servicio de laundry en comparación con otros hoteles muy bueno por la cantidad de equipos disponibles. El beneficio de sea world me pareció genial poder usar pases rápidos.

Cons:

que el desayuno sea solo hasta las 9am, realmente solo ocupe 1 día de este servicio y siendo así considero que se podría colocar como opcional para que el costo sea reducido de la tarifa, ya que implico salir a desayunar fuera 6 de los 7 días. Creo que la limpieza también podría ser a diario mas que nada por la basura que se acumula en los baños a diario.

Bom tamanho do quarto, boa localização, cama confortável e boa cozinha.

Cons:

27 DÓLARES por dia de ESTACIONAMENTO!!! É só se paga on line com cartão!!! Serviço de quarto 1 VEZ POR SEMANA!!! Chuveiro muito fraco. Utensílios, copos, pratos, talheres tudo de plástico. De final de semana até a máquina de wafle retiram!!!!
