Outdated stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good with great service.

Cons:

Hotel is out dated, air freshener was very very heavenly spraid in the hallways, shower have curtain and horrible shower heads. The elevators were not working properly, getting stuck. The hotel was dirty, when we checked in the garbage in the kitchen was not taken out. The pool area was completely run down.

Cons:

Well when I booked the Room, it stated the had shuttle to Sea World, but did say it stopped running at 11:30 for the Day, therefore we had to pay 47.00 to park at Sea World due to this.

Pros:

The pool was nice

Cons:

We requested a floor level then they put us on level 4 there was able to change it then we got to our new room and there beds were dirty we called to get it changed and got attidude from the guy then house keeping never cleaned our room and we had to call and ask for towels

Great Location but parking too high

Parking very high for a non downtown hotel. Breakfast ok but same items every am

La verdad el hotel es super limpio y cómodo y bonito y quede cerca de los parques

Que el precio de la reservacion no incluye el parking me parece muy mal por que si hago una reservacion debería estar incluido el parking

It was great
Pros:

Close to sea world and everyone was extremely friendly. Breakfast was great

Pool closed at 10 would like it to be open til 11 so we could have used it
