Pros:

Corey one of the security guards at night was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good but the waffle station was not open over the weekend.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable. The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable.

La habitacion era grande is espaciosa perfecto el tamaño para una familia de 6

Fueron tantas cosas que no nos gusto que creo no me alcansa para enumerarlo primeramente ellos dice que tienen servicio de transporte a seaworld y aquatica pero es horrible tienes q programarlo online lo hice programe para las 8:55 am y estubimos esperando 1hora literalmente el bus y nunca llego cuando preguntamos en la recepcion si sabian que pasaba ellos nunca nos dieron una respuesta porque no sabian y hasta me dijeron que ellos no tienen puesta en la reserva ese servicio lo cual no es cierto ,hablemos ahora del personal quisimos hacer un barbicue y el hombre que trabaja dw mantenimiento no queria encenderlo para nosotros tuvimos que llamar a la supervisora para que el al final hiciera su trabajo y fue bien grosero y mal educado, el desayuno malisimo y muy basico siempre lo mismo el area de la piscina la cierrra nadamas que ven una nuve en el cielo ni siquiera tiene que llover o trnar para que la cierren en general sino quiere hecjar a perder sus vacaciones y gastar su dienero en vano no se renten en este hotel es uno de los peores
