Breakfast and location were great.
Wish it had a hot tub by the pool like some other Hilton Garden Inns do.
The main reason I selected this hotel was the location and pet friendly policy.
The parking situation was not ideal. You have to pay a daily fee to park across the street. The lot was crowded and some people were parking in the street. This made it very hard to get in and out of the property as there was barely any room to drive down the street.
Breakfast was edible. The orange juice was a favorite, along with the processed foods. We liked that breakfast was served until 11am. We liked the indoor pool option and the fact that the pool was heated. We were given a room upgrade and it was amazing. We wound up staying in a corner room with two windows
Breakfast was bland, it didn't seem to taste right, I ordered french toast and a western omelette from the chef and neither one got eaten. Food satisfaction is a personal thing so, I don't really hold that against the hotel. The pool area was extremely dim and stuffy, the chemical smell from the pool was strong, but most importantly, there was water pooled up all around the pool. It was really slippery in some spots. That's not to say we weren't in there for hours so, it wasn't all bad! We got a ticket for parking on the road right outside the hotel, we are from out of town so we weren't aware that specific roads were pay to park. We saw the machine and the signs AFTER we got the ticket. We had our hotel parking pass hanging up and thought that would cover us since the shared parking with the museum was full. Seems a bit intentional.
Location
After paying more than $350 for one night for the room, I was charged another $18 to park at the science museum parking lot
Staff and area were fantastic!
Your local hospital
Our stay was nothing short of amazing!!! The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the walk in shower was awesome. The pool was very warm which made my toddler son absolutely love it. On Easter morning the lobby had an egg hunt for the children and I felt that was very thoughtful. The breakfast was phenomenal and the host were very nice, outgoing and polite. We will definitely be coming back
We loved it all
Very nice rooms and staff
The staff was amazing and the hotel is in close proximity of everything.
The parking was a downfall when we checked in at 4pm we couldn't park in the lot behind the hotel because it was full. We ended up having to park at one of the parking garages and walk back to the hotel with our bags. Great hotel great value but it's bad when you have to pay for parking that you have to walk down the street to get to your hotel.
Good Location
Charge for parking. Also if you get there before 6 you will not find a parking spot at the hotel you will have to park in a parking garage across the street. Room doors are super heavy and slams very hard on you if you’re not holding it the whole time. One of my rooms was clean and the other room still had hair all around the shower.
Perfect location
Not much parking
The fact that it is close by the aquarium and the river boat the southern bell was very cool and convenient.
The fact that I paid for the hotel and it didn't have a hot tub and it was just so expensive just
To get 12hr and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable and needs updated with a new mattress
