Other than parking we had an amazing time and we will return in the future.
Pros:

The staff was amazing and the hotel is in close proximity of everything.

Cons:

The parking was a downfall when we checked in at 4pm we couldn't park in the lot behind the hotel because it was full. We ended up having to park at one of the parking garages and walk back to the hotel with our bags. Great hotel great value but it's bad when you have to pay for parking that you have to walk down the street to get to your hotel.

Pros:

Good Location

Cons:

Charge for parking. Also if you get there before 6 you will not find a parking spot at the hotel you will have to park in a parking garage across the street. Room doors are super heavy and slams very hard on you if you’re not holding it the whole time. One of my rooms was clean and the other room still had hair all around the shower.

The fact that it is close by the aquarium and the river boat the southern bell was very cool and convenient.

Excellent stay, will definitely be returning!
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located by every attraction we enjoy visiting in Chattanooga. The pool is warm, the outside area is nice and the staff is so kind and attentive.

Only stayed for the location.

Cons:

Expensive hotel for what you get. Skip the $16.00 breakfast. Motel 6 has a better free breakfast. (Not exaggerating)
For $600.00 a night I would expect better from Hilton

Pros:

Most hotels include breakfast. Not $16 per head and the parking was absolutely horrible. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Pool area needs a daily cleaning, I seen the saw ball of hair 3 days in a row beside the swimming pool.
