Great value, clean and spacious.
Pros:

The room we were allocated was huge and traditionally styled. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

No lift and stairs were a little steep…. But expected in a traditional building.

Extremely disappointing and misleading rating
Pros:

This is not a cheap stay, yet the quality is extremely poor. The bed and pillows are very low quality and uncomfortable, the carpets are stained and dirty, and the staircase to access the rooms is awful and feels unsafe. Honestly it feels unpleasant even to sleep there. Thankfully our stay was short. I would never recommend this place to anyone. A property in this condition shouldn’t even be classified as one star, let alone have such a high rating here. Potential guests deserve to know the reality before booking.

Buon hotel, semplice in ottima posizione.
Pros:

La posizione, la cortesia dello staff. La fermata del tram distante 2 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Gli arredi essenziali e un po' datati, la pulizia della camera soprattutto del pavimento.

Pros:

Literally the WORST place I’ve ever stayed. Filthy filthy filthy. The second you walk past reception to the hallway for the rooms you realise what a terrible mistake you’ve made. A door held open with a stained cloth, stained dirty old carpets, rotten floors and mould and filth. Hell.

Everything is worn out and needs serious work. The mattress was dead. The soundproofing is horrendous.
Carpet in the public areas is full of stains

Pros:

Er ging weinig goed, het is echt een vies goor uitgeleefd hotel. Vind het echt niet kunnen de foto's die Booking.com vertoond, want de foto's zijn denk ik van minimaal 10 jr. geleden. Slaap in veel hotels voor mijn werk, maar dit is ver de vieste die ik ooit ben tegen gekomen. Vind dat Booking.com zich ook echt moet schamen, want het voelt bijna als oplichting zo'n groot contrast met de foto's die hun laten zien en wat de werkelijkheid is. Kan alleen maar adviseren boek dit hotel niet, laat je niet verleiden door de foto's.

Onhandig kamertje met douche achter wc en verwarmingsknop achter bed, smal bedje, viezerige waterkoker, viezerige muur, viezerige vloerbedekking in de gang, heel stijle trappen.

Pequeño y acogedor. Para estancia con carry bag si te toca en piso 1 o 2.
Pros:

Bonito. Bien ocupado el espacio. Era pequeño pero acogedor. La calefacción no calentó lo suficiente, pero a pesar de que hacía mucho frío afuera. Dentro estaba agradable.

Cons:

las escaleras tenían los escalones muy angostos. Deberían tener al menos un monta carga para subir las maletas a los pisos superiores.
