Pros:

Não fiz uso do café da manhã. Minha amiga gostou.
Localização, apesar da necessidade do tram para chegar à Praça Dam, à Centraal Station, a parada do tram 2 fica na rua do hotel. Tornou o deslocamento muito fácil.

Cons:

Não ter elevador. Não daria para eu subir com mala 2 lances de escada(muitos degraus,íngreme). Contei com a boa vontade das pessoas do hotel que na chegada e na saída puderam ajudar fazendo essa função. Gostei da portaria funcionar também durante a noite: mais segurança.
Serviço de Uber péssimo: na estação, para chegar ao hotel, o motorista não apareceu e disse que tinha ido ao nosso encontro. Mesma enganação do Brasil!!!

Pros:

Good location very close to a tram stop to get into the city and within walking distance to some of the museums

Cons:

The floor in our room wasn’t very clean and the soundproofing wasn’t great- as we could hear every alarm, floor board and conversations.

Pros:

Gostei do custo benefício. O hotel supriu minhas expectativas. As fotos do site revelam a realidade. Tem bandeja com xícaras e chá no quarto. A localização é boa. Fica numa área tranquila, residencial. É um pouco afastado do centro, mas fácil e rápido de chegar com o transporte urbano (tram).Os funcionários da recepção não são muito simpáticos.

Cons:

Os travesseiros eram altos e duros. Não oferecia café da manhã.

Een leuke omgeving, maar een opknapbeurt is zeker op zijn plaats.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Ik had de mooiste en grootste kamer van het hotel, maar na een eerste blik op het blinkende interieur, was het toch tegenvallend. De gordijnen hadden vlekken, de spiegel van de badkamer was onderaan wat opgezwollen van het vocht en oogde niet echt proper, ... dus de hygiëne mag zeker hoger.

Great value, clean and spacious.
Pros:

The room we were allocated was huge and traditionally styled. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

No lift and stairs were a little steep…. But expected in a traditional building.
