I felt safe, the room was comfortable.
Pros:

The location was good. Staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable & had an outside area.

Cons:

I was allocated a room on the 2nd floor, but due to the steep stairs & an ankle injury I had to pay 20 Euro for a ground floor room.

Hotel pratique pour un groupe, mais mérite un coup de neuf !
Pros:

Hotel très pratique pour un groupe, nous avions une chambre de 5 et une de 3. L'emplacement est plutôt bien situé, arrêt de tram pas très loin et possible d'aller dans le centre aussi a pied. Le personnel est très sympathique, l'extérieur est appréciable dans les chambres.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre, et l'état général de la chambre et salle de bain. Pas de clim dans une des chambres. L'hôtel de manière générale (les couloirs) est dans un état moyen

The room felt nice and clean and had a good amount of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful if you had any questions. They offered a daily room tidy service which made it very nice to come back to fresh towels and a made bed. The aircon was nice; however, you didn't have a remote so you couldn't control it.

Cons:

The location of the hotel was a bit far away from the city centre, making it hard to go out at night as their public transport closes early and taxis cost a ridiculous amount. There is also no lift and their stairs and very steep and narrow, which made it a bit hard to get to our room (Lucky we were only on the first floor).

Ruhig und mit der Tram bequem zu erreichen. Für 1-2 Nächte ok.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad ist sehr klein. Der Aufstieg bis in die 2te Etage über sehr schmale Stufen mit Koffer recht beschwerlich.

Alojamiento bien ubicado pero con algunos puntos débiles

El alojamiento estaba ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo y bonito. Tenía una parada de tranvía muy cerca que conectaba con el centro en poco tiempo.

El precio era asequible, comparado con el resto de alojamientos, aunque tampoco era barato para lo que ofrece.

Cons:

El suelo de la habitación estaba un poco sucio.
La cama se hundía por el medio.
El hotel, en general,estaba un poco viejo: las escaleras crujían al pisar, la cisterna del WC se quedaba pillada, las puertas hacían ruido…
Pero lo peor fue que las paredes son muy finas y se escucha lo que hacen el resto de huéspedes. La última noche en la madrugada, se escuchaban gemidos y gritos de otros huéspedes, no respetando el descanso de los demás. Y cada vez que alguien subía las escaleras retumbaba toda la habitación.
