Everything necessary is present
Pros:

The room turned out to be quite cozy and had everything you needed. The towels and bedding were perfectly white. A cup, kettle and tea were provided in the room. There was a mirror in the bathroom and a large full-length mirror in the room itself.

Cons:

The room needs some cosmetic repairs because there were various stains of age on the ceiling or on the wall.

God beliggenhed, flinkt og imødekommende personale men værelset var meget beskidt.

Personalet var imødekommende og flinke. Beliggenheden var rigtig god

Cons:

Der var meget beskidt på værelset. Sengetøjet var rent, men gulvet og bordene var fyldt med snavs og støv. Stolen på værelset var kaget ind i snavs. Der var bruge sukkerposer i beholderen og ikke noget kaffe.

Near public transport. Staff was very friendly. Overall, very decent place to stay.

Cons:

The pillows were very odd. The room could use another/ a bigger trash can. There seemed to be a domestic dispute AND a party on a lower floor very late one night. I had hoped someone would have told them to be quiet.

Séjour gâché !

La chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas du tout à celle que j'ai pu voir sur votre site quand j'ai réservé au mois de janvier. Interrogé à ce sujet, le jeune homme à l'accueil a simplement répondu "je ne suis pas responsable de l'actualisation des photos sur le site" ?? En fait, il s'agit d'une publicité mensongère. Vous voyez une belle chambre spacieuse avec de la literie de couleur... or ma fille et moi avons disposé d'une chambre minuscule, ou le passage se réduisait à 50 cm ! Et par endroits, la peinture était écaillée... la cabine de la douche avec des jointures rouillées... bref une chambre d'hôtel bas de gamme. L'étroitesse de la chambre où le lit était installé a nécessité d'installer ce qui servait de table de nuit sur le lit et je me suis cogné la tête pendant la nuit. C'est scandaleux.
C'est de la tromperie pure et simple et j'estime avoir été trompée car j'ai réglé 200 euros la nuit, soit 600 euros pour 3 nuits. Et ce prix ne correspondait absolument pas à la chambre qui nous a été attribuée. Je voulais du confort pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma fille et ça été une grosse déception. Ma fille souhaitait faire une réclamation, mais je voulais rester une sur belle impression de ce séjour à Amsterdam car le reste (musées, restaurants, les gens ont été une belle compensation). C'est la raison pour laquelle je m'abstiens.

Nice neighbourhood, beautiful, calm. Super vlose of the tram to go to city center. Room spaceous, renovated bathrooms. Relatively clean.

Cons:

I came here like 10 years ago and what a change for worse. Their beautiful garden and breakfast room unutilized, you could see an old matress lying there around. All the corridors and stairs had this air of abandonment. The room also needed a lot of TLC. Even though it was clean, it looked dirty.

Hotel tranquilo con buena relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

Está en un barrio residencial tranquilo que dispone de algunas tiendas de ropa, panaderia, chocolateria y restaurantes con terrazas a unos 300 m del hotel. Su ubicación está a unos 2 km del centro y se tarda poco más de 30 min en llegar andando y tiene una parada de tranvia al lado que en 10 min te deja en pleno centro. La habitación cuádruple está bien y las camas son cómodas, dispone de mantas, toallas y secador.

Cons:

No dispone de ascensor y las escaleras son complicadas para subir y bajar cargado con maletas porque los escalones son estrechos y casi hay que ir de puntillas. Y el cuarto de baño es más reducido de lo habitual para una habitación cuádruple con una ducha pequeña con mampara.
