Good but needs some improvements.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The bathroom was very clean. The room wasn't too bad. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Upon arrival our room smelled like stinky feet/ cornchips. There were no linens available for the sofa bed, and the room, although cleaned seemed run down and in need of new carpets and better linens for the beds. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. It seemed a lot different than what was advertised.

Overall it was good place to stay and near Universal Studios which is a plus.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. They keep the breakfast area clean and stocked with food. Love the free coffee and tea all day.

Cons:

Cleaners need to stock toilet paper, tissue paper, and soap bar. My room was left with very little toilet paper and few tissues.

I wouldn’t stay again simply because of the Sysco incident.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Location was good with just a short ride to the parks.

Cons:

Sysco pulled up at 5am at the front door. We were in second floor room and heard them unload the entire truck through the front door. As a F&B professional this was a horrible way for us to start the day. On vacation and get woken by a Sysco delivery.

great hotel, minus the bathroom
Pros:

super great location, clean, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast

Cons:

our toilet didn’t flush very well, toilet paper had a hard time going down. also there was always a puddle of water after our showers, but we were not sure if there was a leak or it was because the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed all the way.
