Dirty, but friendly, helpful staff & fine breakfast.

Cons:

The carpets looked extremely dirty & my washcloths were stained & looked dirty. However, I requested new cloths & they brought them immediately along with all fresh towels. Also, our room was stuffy no matter how low we turned the heat & didn’t have any type of fan.

Se encuentra en una buena ubicacion. Cerca de parques y tiendas de ropa. El desayuno incluido muy variado cada día.

Excelente hotel, muy recomendado, todo excepcional!
Pros:

Desayuno incluido y muy rico, camiones gratuitos de camino a los parques de Universal Studios (ida y regreso), excelente atención en recepción, pedimos unas colchas y toalla extra e inmediatamente nos las mandaron al cuarto en menos de 2 minutos, la zona y cercanía a parques, outlets, restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, etc. La comodidad y amplitud de los cuartos, además de la limpieza impecable de los cuartos, salimos extremadamente felices de nuestros días en el hotel, definitivamente volveremos.

Todo me gusto, no encontré algo que no fuera bueno del hotel
