Nos hemos alojado en the Landon por algunos días.
Pros:

La ubicación de The Landon es muy cómoda. Cerca de la playa y centro comercial.
El personal que nos acompañó durante la estadía fue muy cordial.
La cama era muy cómoda…

Cons:

Desde nuestro cuarto se podían escuchar las conversaciones de los vecinos de ambos lados y el techo sonaba fuerte y crujía, cuando los vecinos de arriba caminaban.
Las alfombras de los pasillos se veían muy feas.
En cuanto al desayuno se podría mejorar bastante.
Lo calificaría como un hotel para pasar no más de un par de noches.

Having stay in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area 4 times total. 2025 & 2026 this would be a property I would prefer
Pros:

Great location with good food options within a block. Nicely renovated older hotel. Staff were friendly and always available and willing to help. Short walk to Surfside neighborhood with many unique food options. Very reasonable walk to beach. Very safe neighborhood.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like with this property. For the price and location it 100% met our expectations. If you are bothered by little details like paint touch up or minor maintenance you may not like this property. We stayed there twice in January 2026 for 3 nights each stay. 1st room shower had little water pressure and the pillows were not very comfortable. 2nd room had amazing water pressure and comfortable pillows. 2nd room needed repair to shelves in bathroom and sliding bathroom door. We let the front desk know about both.

Pros:

Excellent little boutique hotel with modest breakfast, (coffee, fruit, toast, yogurt), just across the causeway from Surfside proper. Clean, comfortable beds and Amanda the manager was very helpful with everything. Michael at the front desk also helpful with a smile. Excellent value for the price. (FYI- no swimming pool, no room service. restaurant adjacent and 5 minute walk to restaurant row on Harding). Little frills but accommodating staff and service with a smile. 24 hr manned desk, great area. 7 min walk to Collins and buses and beach. They give you towels for the beach. Will stay again.

Cons:

Better has no limit. Perfect value for the price.

All eyes are on you if you look like you're not privy in finances.
Pros:

Front desk insisted to keep telling us more than once that staying there is very expensive. He insisted to keep telling us as if we would change our mind. I won't stay here again.
