Booked the superior split king / queen and had a balcony on Banff Ave. Room was bigger than expected and worked really well for our group of 3 adults / 1 kid. Location on Banff Ave is great, an easy walk to downtown or a quick bus ride - bus passes included and bus stops for both downtown and the ski areas are within a block. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. Plenty of underground parking as well.
Bathroom was a little dated
We like having a room with a kitchenette and it had everything we needed. The location was handy for walking to the shops and restaurants.
We weren’t able to park in the underground garage because we had a pod on our vehicle. The parking at the back of the building was very icy.
Staff. Pool cleanliness
We loved the location and all the facilities,
Nothing
Tres bon rapport qualite prix
There was a free bus pass provided by the hotel which was very helpful in traveling around the downtown area
Our room window faced the pool directly and would get very warm and dry and we weren't able to cool it down with the fan or AC
Location and underground parking
Small bathroom. No towels in the pool area
Clean, great front desk staff
Light in bathroom flickered, carpet needs to be changed, would have liked chairs on balcony
Hot tuband staff were great!
The room and hotel in general was very warm.
3 beds in one room is rare and the price was fantastic. Also had a small kitchen
Not very modern. No fan in the bathroom. Clean though. No sink in bathroom so the interior door knob is presumably disgusting (though appears clean).
Quick, easy check in, underground parkade.
Smaller hot tub, no free lockers for items
Good value
Room next to pool and it was open until 10:30 at night. Very noisy.
Comfortable hotel in Banff for a reasonable price. Ample heated underground parking was the star.
The pillows could have been better.
No breakfast and the location was good
There were kids knocking at our window and parents not watching their kids n people drinking in pool area and being rude
We enjoyed the loft bedroom, the mountain views and the location.
The room rate was exorbitant for this level of hotel.
The staffs were very friendly, the check in and out process was easy and went smoothly.
The locations is somewhat far from the town proper, not ideal to walk during the winter or cold weather.
