Groups: Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. Zunächst bekamen wir das von uns gebuchte Twinbed-Zimmer, allerdings hatte es nur ein Fenster, das ins hauseigene Hallenbad ging und nicht geöffnet werden konnte. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer defekt und das ganze Zimmer roch sehr unangenehm. Auf unsere Beschwerde versuchte man die Klimaanlage zu richten, was nicht gelang. Dann teilte man uns mit, dass wir in eine Suite umbuchen könnten, aber 100 CAD pro Nacht aufzahlen müssten. Sonst wäre kein Zimmer frei. Da wir daraufhin sehr ungehalten waren, konnten wir in die Suite wechseln ohne aufzuzahlen. Insgesamt bleibt der Eindruck eines heruntergekommenen Quartiers, das die Bewertung mit Sehr gut nicht verdient.

Un hotel muy cómodo, bonito y agradable
Pros:

El personal. la habitación, la decoración y las instalaciones del hotel, sobre todo la piscina cubierta y el jacuzzi. También la situación, a un paseo del centro de Banff, y el aparcamiento cubierto y sin cargo extra, aunque creo que el precio de la habitación ya es lo bastante alto.

A convenient location but felt run down for the price.
Pros:

I liked the location, the swimming pool, the playground next door, and the size and layout of the room.

Cons:

I didn’t love that the room felt a bit rundown, with carpet beneath the vanity and sink, stains, rust, deterioration, etc.
