Groups: Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. 3 beds in one room is rare and the price was fantastic. Also had a small kitchen

Not very modern. No fan in the bathroom. Clean though. No sink in bathroom so the interior door knob is presumably disgusting (though appears clean).
