Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. Pros:

All the staff is very helpful and friendly. There's a parking garage under the hotel, and a washer and dryer.

Cons:

The carpet in the room is very old and feels dirty. There is no microwave in the room, but they have one in the lobby. And no breakfast.

Worry free travel and spacious room
Pros:

The room is spacious with ample facilities. The free roam transit tickets are what makes us worry free about parking.

Cons:

Apart from the distance is further away from downtown and costs, there is nothing we are not satisfied.

Pros:

Ideal for our family trip. Quiet location free bus pass into town and attractions. Coffee and tea station on reception lordy was a great little something.also the basement car parking.

Cons:

Maybe no breakfast option, even if only continental, but we coped with our own or eating in town

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The location was great - just far enough north to be out of the touristy traffic, but close enough to walk to places. The bus passes were great. The layout of our room was nice and large - very spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little dated and I saw some hairs on the bathroom floor when we got there, but it was fine.

Over all a really beautiful and comfortable hotel. I would gladly stay again, just hope the cleaning is done better next
Pros:

The room was very spacious and beds were comfy.

Cons:

The clean job was pretty bad considering the room was $500 a night, surfaces had thick dust and we found candy wrappers under the bed when we arrived. A more thorough clean would be advised for such an expensive stay.

An excellent place to use as home base when exploring Banff

מלון ישן מאוד, מיקום גרוע לעומת המחיר ששילמנו. צוות הקבלה נחמד אבל אין שרות חדרים. המנקה עשה עבודה מינימלית.

Nice stay in the hotel
Pros:

Location is good & also the hotel offers complimentary Roam Public Transit passes! This makes exploring the area incredibly convenient and stress-free.

Cons:

There was no microwave in the room so it is kind of no easy.

Wonderful place to study, amazing staff.
Pros:

Location was fantastic , could walk straight into the centre in about 12-15 minutes.
The staff were exceptional. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. There was always filter coffee available at reception, with all the extras like cream, milk, sugar, sweetener etc.
Plenty of Free underground parking.

Cons:

The room did not have enough lights. No ceiling lights ! Was difficult to pack/ unpack as the area for the suitcase also had no lighting. The air con was very loud.
In saying all that despite the price it is still one of the cheapest places to stay in Banff as the area is really expensive.
