Groups: Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I loved this place and the staff makes u feel at home

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
Pros:

I messaged the hotel in advance to let them know that this trip was our honeymoon. They took the initiative to welcome us with a warm message, along with a bottle of red wine and glasses.
This thoughtful attention was what I appreciated the most. In addition, the cleanliness of the room and all the amenities were excellent.
They also provided us with complimentary bus tickets for three days so we could explore the city without needing to use our car, which was another thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Especially memorable was relaxing in the hot tub while looking at the mountains in front of us, it was truly extraordinary.

We had a good stay here, the property is well priced and in a great location - it’s quite dated and needs an upgrade, es
Pros:

The property is in a great location - 10-15 minute walk right into the centre of Banff town. It’s reasonably priced compared to other options in Banff and has good parking options

Cons:

The property on the whole feels a a little dated and could do with an update - the bathrooms are tired and our king room didn’t have a wardrobe which was inconvenient. It’s strange but the hotel has no bar or place to grab a drink which is a shame

It's at good location and the size of room is big with all equipment but the room looks old

The equipment is the room and the room size is big for 3 people in our family.

the room is a bit old and the color of the furniture in the room made it looks even older and not sure how clean is it.
