Groups: Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A great older option for hotel in Banff!
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were all lovely and helpful and I loved the included bus pass. The pool was amazing.

Cons:

The rooms are quite dated. Especially the TV and bathroom. The lights also flickered quite a bit when turning them on and off.

Pros:

Clean, frontend staff were wonderful.
Property was beautifully tucked away in the mountains.

Cons:

Parking not close to the doorway
Shouldn’t have to pay for the wood to enjoy a nice romantic fire. Theres some damage on the wall in bedroom that should be taken care of properly also some lighting was broken. Restaurant is ok but should have more options for dinner.
