Groups: Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group reservation and charged a 1 night plus tax as a deposit. A group cancellation policy of 30 days prior arrival will be applicable. Changes or cancelations will need to be made at least 30 days in advance or the 1 night deposit will be forfeited. There must be a name attached to each room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good value on Banff Ave
Pros:

Booked the superior split king / queen and had a balcony on Banff Ave. Room was bigger than expected and worked really well for our group of 3 adults / 1 kid. Location on Banff Ave is great, an easy walk to downtown or a quick bus ride - bus passes included and bus stops for both downtown and the ski areas are within a block. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. Plenty of underground parking as well.

This hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants.
Pros:

We like having a room with a kitchenette and it had everything we needed. The location was handy for walking to the shops and restaurants.

Cons:

We weren’t able to park in the underground garage because we had a pod on our vehicle. The parking at the back of the building was very icy.

Pros:

There was a free bus pass provided by the hotel which was very helpful in traveling around the downtown area

Cons:

Our room window faced the pool directly and would get very warm and dry and we weren't able to cool it down with the fan or AC

3 beds in one room is rare and the price was fantastic. Also had a small kitchen

Cons:

Not very modern. No fan in the bathroom. Clean though. No sink in bathroom so the interior door knob is presumably disgusting (though appears clean).
