Friendly, convenient and satisfying.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Had hot and cold items each morning. Parking was on site, easy to get into (should tell people in their write up that you can park in there while registering and there’s a small extra cost). Convenient location to get out of for downtown. Not so good for getting to because of one way streets (not their problem). Otherwise reception was friendly, housekeepers and breakfast attendant friendly/helpful. I had a great stay.

Cons:

Small item: a variety of fresh fruit each day would be better than only one fruit choice.

posto pulito ed accogliente, belle camere con ottima dotazione (frigo, micro onde, teiera) personale gentile e e check in e out velocissimi.

Découverte d’une surprenante ville
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche du musée des droits de la personne et de la rivière Rouge.
Le personnel est très agréable et accommodant.
Le petit déjeuner est un super atout pour commencer une journée de visites.

Cons:

L’hôtel est un peu défraîchi, la piscine n’était pas ouverte lors de mon séjour et le gym n’a pas de matériel de musculation.

Cons:

breakfast was really limited and just poor, even for a continental. Most continentals offer scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausages and eggs. On a good day you might have eggs (but never scrambled) and hashbrowns, for example. No yogurt, and coffee was cold and below average.... I had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Just bad...

Bad, very bad experience
Pros:

Clean, comfortable

Cons:

I paid by debit, and because of that I had to give a $700 deposit. When I was making sure I’ll be getting my deposit the following day as I always do and as it’s normal on debit, she told me no, and I have to wait 2 days because only her manager can do that (never happens to me before). So I asked her if I can do cash, she said yes. I went to withdraw $700 cash, came back to the hotel, the she tells me for cash, it’s actually $750. I refused, she her co-worker said it’s ok. Then after all this, she was telling me, “oh, you’d have to pay for the parking as well”. Never ever will I go there again.
