Kedves személyzet, jól felszerelt, tiszta, jó a környék is!
Pros:

A reggeli szenzációs volt, nagyon kedves volt az úriember!!! Külön odajött hozzánk elnézést kért, hogy kicsit késni fog! A környék rendezett, a szálloda tiszta, minden volt, még hajszárító is.

Last room in the building/ damp and smelled of mold

Man running breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had non-dairy options

Cons:

We checked in after midnight and while waiting to check in others were turned away for it being full. This was just a location for sleeping but we ended up with room 104 I believe. The air was on but the room smelled terrible a musty/ moldy smell and everything in the room felt damp. The carpets which we could deal with but the bedding being that way was horrendous. This was a handicap accessible room that they gave us in which the whole bathroom is tiled and basically a walk in shower with a curtain instead of a door. Im thinking this is where the moisture comes from but definitely needs a dehumidifier. I found this room unsuitable to stay in and worried about mold but we were only there 7 hours total and I knew there were no more rooms so dealt with it until morning😥

Would not stay again
Pros:

Breakfast and internet were good. Lobby seemed nice.

Cons:

We stayed in a handicap room at the end of the hall on first floor. There was no door on the bathroom just a curtain that had been rigged up. Seemed like the door was broken off and they just did a band aid fix. The room had a musty smell and our clothes felt damp the next morning. We had prepaid and just needed to rest and get driving again in the morning - otherwise I would have complained and left.

I didn't get to stay due to misinformation about my rooms.
Pros:

There was nothing to like.... we didn't get to stay at this hotel.

Cons:

Staff check in communication was very poor. Upon arrival I was told on their end I was only booked for 1 room when clearly I had reservations for 2 room. Check in wasn't being done throughly to see why was my booking only shows 1 room on their end but 2 rooms on my end. I had to cancel, that resorting us to book with a different hotel inorder to be accommodated with the 2 room that was requested. I was charged the payment for the services i didn't received and I'm still waiting to be refunded.

Dirty in the room! Floors not swept and hair all over the floors. Stains on the towels as well!! Front desk staff was more like a robot than a human. No personality and just acted and looked like they didn’t want to be there or take care of anyone!

Baseball event going on and kids were running around causing trouble. When we told the staff it got better. Bedding didn’t fit the bed. They were small for the bed.
