Pros:

only 3 nights. travel the world so I can put up with a lot. see below

Cons:

elevator not working. Hallways dirty, back door propped open no security. low occupancy but high rate. Breakfast told the story on nobody there. food doled out 2 sausage patties at a time I observed. Food lady abrupt, unfriendly. I will pay the rate to stay in Marriot next door. tried you out but not again. PS I managed a hotel so I could go on but you get the idea.

Adequate.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Food was not hot and a couple things were empty that had had food in them. Everything was very clean. People at the front desk never smiled. Man in the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hard to find how to get into the parking lot. The only sign at the parking lot entry said Courtyard Marriott. We could not see the sign on the front of the hotel that faced Concord. We drove up and down Rocky Run Parkway three times before we finally figured out by accident how to get to the front of the Holiday Express Hotel, That was very frustrating.

The property was nice. Many great restaurants near by.
Pros:

The property was nice. The location was perfect for our needs. the breakfast was good.

Cons:

It was located close to a road, a lot of road noise at night. The elevator was very sketchy. There was a sign stating it was safe. We opted to not use it after a scare of it getting stuck and unable to open the doors.

It was a nice hotel but expensive.
Pros:

The location of the Hotel was good, coffee was available in the lobby at all times and it was very good. Tea bags and hot chocolate as well as Lemon water were also available in the Lobby at all times. The desk employee was very nice when I checked in. The breakfasts offered were very good with a good selection of items to choose from. The Orange Juice was very good. I also like the safe in the closet that was very easy to use.

Cons:

The printer for the Computer wasn't working when I tried to print my boarding pass. There wasn't a sign on the guest computer or printer to warn guests. The elevator seemed to be having problems and I saw guests having issues with it a lot and was afraid someone would get stuck in it. The night desk clerk said it was because people pushed the buttons too hard but they should fix it. I didn't like that there weren't any coffee makers in the room and you would have to go down to the lobby to get coffee or hot water.

It was basically an over priced room with breakfast.
Pros:

The check in staff on Saturday around 1:30pm was very kind and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast staff was very personable and kind.

Cons:

I went to take a tub to help with muscle spasms and the tub had all this black mold that came up into the trub from the drain. The AC did not continuously run. THE ELEVATOR BROKE and we were on the 3rd floor. I have health issues and those steps were miserable. The front desk was miserable. No pool, spa, jacuzzi.

Kedves személyzet, jól felszerelt, tiszta, jó a környék is!
Pros:

A reggeli szenzációs volt, nagyon kedves volt az úriember!!! Külön odajött hozzánk elnézést kért, hogy kicsit késni fog! A környék rendezett, a szálloda tiszta, minden volt, még hajszárító is.

Last room in the building/ damp and smelled of mold

Man running breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had non-dairy options

Cons:

We checked in after midnight and while waiting to check in others were turned away for it being full. This was just a location for sleeping but we ended up with room 104 I believe. The air was on but the room smelled terrible a musty/ moldy smell and everything in the room felt damp. The carpets which we could deal with but the bedding being that way was horrendous. This was a handicap accessible room that they gave us in which the whole bathroom is tiled and basically a walk in shower with a curtain instead of a door. Im thinking this is where the moisture comes from but definitely needs a dehumidifier. I found this room unsuitable to stay in and worried about mold but we were only there 7 hours total and I knew there were no more rooms so dealt with it until morning😥
