Хороший отзывчивый персонал.Удобное расположение.

Cons:

Отель не соответствует 4 звёздам,требует ремонта.Кондиционер в номере работал плохо,с него капала вода,просили дополнительный вентилятор.В первый день поменяли номер из-за неработающего кондиционера и холодильника.

Nice hotel to stay in Malta
Pros:

Really nice gentleman in reception let me check in earlier just on my arrival. It was really kind as I was exhausted after the travel. I really appreciate it! Location of the hotel is great. I liked the cleanes of the rooms and the air-conditioning has been working all the time which was good. Breakfast was good and tasty.

Cons:

Tv didn't work, there were signal breaks all the time. I ordered a wake up call but then realised that the phone in my room also didn't work... luckily I've had my clock alarm set, otherwise I would be late to the airport. Pool area needs renovation.

Although it was in a convenient area it was very poor quality and abysmal service.
Pros:

The property was close to attractions, restraints and supermarkets, it was also easily accessible to transport.

Cons:

The lift in the property was incredibly unstable causing risk to injury if it broke down. The staff were also very rude and once falsely accused my girlfriend and I of stealing to no further apology for the false accusation.
The dining area staff were also very rude. I once saw a staff member shout at a customer for taking some water from a jug to fill up her water bottle.

Pros:

Βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, απέναντι από τη μαρίνα της Σλιέμα, με εστιατόρια και μπαρ ακριβώς από κάτω. Απέχει 10 λεπτά από τα πλοία για τη Βαλέτα και το Γκόζο. Διαθέτει μια μικρή πισίνα στην ταράτσα με υπέροχη θέα. Το πρωινό είναι μέτριο, αλλά επαρκές.

Cons:

Η θερμοκρασία του δωματίου ήταν υπερβολικά υψηλή. Παρόλο που ο κλιματισμός λειτουργούσε αδιάκοπα, δεν παρήγαγε ψυχρό αέρα. Επιπλέον, υπήρχε μια διαρκής αίσθηση κλεισούρας στο δωμάτιο. Το ψυγείο δεν παρείχε ψύξη. Οποιαδήποτε επιπλέον παροχή, όπως για παράδειγμα ένας βραστήρας, χρεωνόταν επιπρόσθετα, όπως και το κλειδί για το χρηματοκιβώτιο του δωματίου. Οι κλειδαριές των δωματίων ήταν παλαιού τύπου, δημιουργώντας αίσθημα ανασφάλειας.

La posizione molto centrale e lo spazio ampio della camera.

Cons:

Colazione poco varia, soprattutto quella dolce. Struttura vecchia. Stanza quasi del tutto priva di luce naturale. Condizionatori vecchi e poco efficaci, nella stanza fa molto caldo.
