Cons:

Hôtel 2 étoiles. Ce n’est pas un hôtel 4 étoiles. Homme de ménage n’a pas d’aspirateur. Des poiles partout. Hôtel est vieux et non rénové. La porte de la chambre n’est pas sécurisé. En cas de feu, vous risquez de brûler. La chambre à côté prend sa douche et vous entendez l’eau couler dans votre baignoire. C’est terrible. La tête de lit est noir de gras des cheveux. Horrible.

Nice view and helpful staff
Pros:

The crew was so helpful and patent. Helped in our (and others) every question. The location is really close to the Ferry to Valletta there are several bars around and also the view to the Sea is very nice.

Cons:

We had a Sea view room and It was noisie cause the happy tourist on the Street till midnight, but It also comes with the location

I didn't like the cleaning staff, who started yelling in the hallway at 8:00 a.m. It's unacceptable that a 4-star hotel doesn't have a hairdryer in the room, when you ask for one, they knock on your door at 11 p.m. to take it back. I didn't like the breakfast, which was truly poor, with almost no sweet food, and low-quality of the other options. The elevator is tiny, and you have to queue to get up. The stairs are cleaned at 8:30 a.m., and the staff gives you dirty looks if you pass by. Reception staff have zero knowledge of information.

Nel complesso, se dovessi tornare a Malta non sceglierei questo hotel.

Il solarium con la piscina e la posizione sul lungomare .

Cons:

La stanza era arredata male e con mobilio vecchio. L’aria condizionata e l’asciugacapelli non funzionavano. La pulizia non era curata

Bathroom well equipped with jacuzzi (didn't get to use it though)

Room was basic, 4 beds when we booked a double room. Could have used chairs to sit on rather than extra beds.

This is a busy yet efficient hotel which I would stay at again - which is my litmus test
Pros:

Service was good. Reception efficient and helpful. Room location good - was quiet (until bins were emptied in street outside at 5am)
On site bar/cafe was well stocked with good service

Cons:

breakfast - I would have preferred either a choice of eggs or fresher scrambled
coffee machine delivered a bitter espresso
