Gostaria de relatar o que nos ocorreu assim que chegamos nesse hotel. Sou cliente assídua do Booking há anos e nunca passei por isso. O atendente, grosso e mal educado disse que não achava minha reserva (3h antes recebi mensagem da acomodação pedindo para confirmar horario de chegada). Ele, com muita grosseria, dizia que nao estava encontrando, nao fez o menor esforço para nos ajudar. Eu e meu esposo, após 1 dia inteiro dirigindo, havíamos chegado cansados e com fome, tivemos que ir para outro hotel. E, pasme, instantes depois, a acomodação nos envia um RECIBO do valor cobrado da diaria!! Voltamos la e o atendente disse que nao podia fazer nada!! Resumindo: fomos para um hotel melhor, muito bem tratados e, no dia seguinte, antes de pegar a estrada, voltamos la e quem estava na recepçao era a Gerente (Sra. Heather). Explicamos o ocorrido, ela nos atendeu muito bem, pediu desculpas e disse que iria extornar o valor.

Cons:

Recepçao despreparada, grosseira e sem educaçao. Nos cobrou a diaria alegando no show, sendo que estavamos la dentro do horario (por volta das 17h).

I would not come back here.
Cons:

Not set up for disabled people even though you advertised that you were. Coffee machine didnt work. No chairs in room. Door was too hard to open if you had wheelchair. Bed was too tall to get disabled person in bed.

Definitely going to book again !
Pros:

I LOVED the location. Also felt very safe in the area and it was very accessible for all the restaurants and shopping. The staff were exceptional and even the parking was easy.

Cons:

The only complaint we honestly have is it could have used a little more cleanliness. The room wasn’t too bad, it was the stairs going up to our room that was a bit of a turn off.
