Pros:

Нас перевели в другой отель Horizon marina и дали всё включено в виде компенсации и это было просто супер. Отель Horizon Marina был очень чистым и еда просто великолепна. Деликатесы каждый день, было много морепродуктов разных, из мясного даже кролик и ягнёнка, язык. спиртное включено любое и без ограничений. Хороший бассейн. Пляж возле не очень, не обустроен. Но песчаный. До города можно пешком дойти за 10 минут и до порта тоже. Хотели бы вернуться. Всё очень понравилось. Очень вежливый персонал и все помогут и объяснят.

Все было супер. Немного тесно в ванной , но так все отлично

The first night I was given rooms I didn't book in the basement, and in return we got all-inclusive. The next day when I didn't agree to stay in the rooms I got angry faces and unfair and humiliating treatment.

un hotel de 10 por situación,instalaciones y sobre todo el personal
Pros:

nos encanto todo, instalaciones de 10,comida variada y de buena calidad, enfrente de la playa donde había hamacas;pero sobre todo el trato del servicio del bar,majisimos y muy atentos; el ser españoles también les gustaba( gracias yanik,alexandra,cristo,florita,asimira,y todo el servicio).han hecho un viaje de novios mas increíble todavía

Pros:

Les petits déjeuner très complets, choix des plats au dîner également et personnel du restaurant très serviable et sympathique

Cons:

La chambre était mal placée dans un coin entre deux balcons, du coup le voisin fumait et nous avions de la fumée qui rentrait dans notre chambre

Excellent staff, good selection of food at breakfast, very high standard of cleanliness.

Cons:

The lifts only fit 4 people at a time which is an issue peak time and climbing the stairs to our third floor room was hard going ( and we are fit!).
Disappointed to learn no coffee or tea provided in rooms for guests like us which weren't all inclusive.
