Pros:

Je to krásny a čistý hotel, výborná poloha, fajn raňajky. Milý personál. Hotel je vhodný pre páry aj pre deti.
Majú aj wellness za príplatok.

Cons:

Chýbali mi hygienické potreby na izbe ( vatové tyčinky a vatové odličovacie tampóny), taktiež absentovala rýchlovarná kanvica a minichladnička.
Viem že niektoré izby majú vybavenie chladničkou a rychlovarnou kanvicou ale nie je to štandard. A to mi chýbalo.

Celkovo super, ale chybaju spomenute Gluteen & Laktofree ranajky.
Cons:

Velmi chýbaju glutenfree a laktofree ranajky. Na oboch ranajkach sme sa stretli s niekym, kto tiez hladal gluteenfree pecivo alebo laktofree vyrobky a nic tam nebolo urcene pre takychto hosti. Odporucam spravit osobitny pult, s jasnym oznacenim Gluten & Lakto free. V inych europslych mestach je to uz štandard, preto nam to velmi chybalo. A pri Vasej medzinarodnej klientele by to malo vyznam.

Thank you for our staying in Prague!
Pros:

We’ve got what we expected. The hotel is located in a quiet city centre within 15-20 minute walk to the main sightseeings on the relevant bank of the river. The personnel was very helpful and friendly, ready to assist whenever required. The room was clean and nice, with all the required inside. Exactly as described. Breakfasts start at 06:30, which is absolutely great if you want to start your long day early - that was very important and exactly what we were looking for, due to most hotels serve breakfast starting with 7:00, 8:00 and even later, while it might be important for many guests to start their day as much early as possible and every minute matters. Breakfasts are various, fresh and tasty. Parking is at a separate fee, but that was not a surprise for us - the relevant info was provided on the hotel’s web-site. The price is not higher than the average ones anywhere else in the centre of Prague. Entering might be a bit complicated, due to narrow space, but again - this should be expected in most buildings of the old part of the city. All in all, we have fully enjoyed our staying and would repeat it willingly, should we ever return to Prague again. Our big thanks to the personnel who was very welcoming, supportive and friendly.

Gute Lage aber sehr laut.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wirklich gut aber im Saal war es echt laut.

Cons:

Wir waren in der ersten Etage. Es war unfassbar laut. Die Zimmer wurden nicht einmal gereinigt. Und das für 3 Nächte.

Ubytování pěkné, výborné snídaně.

Cons:

Extrémně měkké matrace. Cena za ubytování dost vysoká, škoda že personál nedoplní ani na požádání kávu na pokoji, za ty peníze by to bylo fajn.

Not the 4-star hotel you’re paying for
Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming first impression. Our room was spacious, and the lobby offered plenty of comfortable space to relax, with a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout. The hotel’s location was also a strong point, situated just 10–15 minutes from the city centre and Old Town, making it convenient for exploring the area.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few improvements, this review could easily have been rated much higher.

Cons:

However, the main issue during our four-night stay was the standard of housekeeping, which unfortunately fell well below expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed that the bins would be emptied daily, yet they were only changed once during our stay. As we were travelling with a baby, this meant dirty nappies remained in the room for two days, which was particularly inconvenient.
On one morning at 9am, we asked the housekeeper if she could return in an hour, as we would be leaving shortly. She responded with noticeable attitude and did not return to service the room at all that day. Small but important details also reflected a lack of care: the shampoo and hand wash bottles were mixed up and visibly dirty, one of the cups had coffee stains that appeared to be from previous guests, and one of the glasses still contained water.
Cleanliness overall was disappointing. The floors were extremely dirty, with visible dust buildup, and maintenance issues were also evident. The side of the door was peeling away, and one of the bathroom tiles had not been fitted properly, causing water to collect underneath. A mini fridge in the room would also have been a welcome addition.
While we still enjoyed our stay, the housekeeping and maintenance standards did not align with what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. With better attention to cleanliness and service, the experience could be significantly improved.
