ארוחת בוקר סבירה מאוד
כשאר הגנו לארוחת בוקר מעט מאוחר יחסית - חלק מתפרית כבר לא היה , לדוגמא -ביצים מבושלות
I liked the free room upgrade to a business apartment that I have received at my arrival. Also, I needed to leave my bags already in the morning of my arrival in the hotel and this request has been very well accommodated because I was able to check in way ahead of the official check-in hour. I truly enjoyed my stay at your place, the location is also very convenient in the center of the city.
I do not have any significant negative points regarding my stay.
The room!
Everything was percect
Die Lage ist sehr gut, gleich beim Bahnhof und in der Altstadt. Die Betten waren auch gut. Personal in der Lobby sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ausreichend. Preis/Leistung hat gepasst.
Es war nicht wirklich sauber. Oberflächlich ja, aber in der Dusche gab es Schimmel in den Ecken. Die Bettwäsche fühlte sich nicht wirklich 100% sauber und ausgekocht an. Dieses Hotelfeeling bei der Bettwäsche fehlte uns. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr laut da es keinerlei Textilien gibt die den Lärm schlucken. Ladet leider nicht zum längeren Verweilen ein.

Heerlijke locatie, 15 minuten lopen van oude stadscentrum.
Parkeergarage was bijna net zo duur als parkeren in de straat.

• alles sehr sauber
• an der Rezeption gibt es Tiefkühlpizza zu kaufen, die flott im Pizzaofen gebacken wird
• Familienzimmer
• es gab zur Begründung ein kleines Geschenk für die Kinder
• der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war mit 36€ pro Nacht schon sehr teuer
• der Wasserdruck in der Dusche und Waschbecken war unterirdisch. Man konnte sich kaum die Hände waschen und duschen dauerte ewig, weil so wenig Wasser lief (das Wasser war entweder eiskalt oder kochend heiß)
• das Hotel hat einen sehr modernen Trakt und einen Trakt, der schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist- das sollte beim Buchen besser ersichtlich sein
• der Saft beim Frühstück war schrecklich, nur Wasser mit Farbe
• im älteren Hoteltrakt musste man die Zimmertür mit einem kräftigen Wumms zuziehen. Da standen wir natürlich oft im Bett, wenn der Nachbar das Nachts gemacht hat

Zona de spa recomendable
A szoba mérete és felszereltsége, a reggeli, az elhelyezkedés és a "saját" parkoló. Bár az utóbbi nagyon szűkös, úgyhogy nagy esély van rá, hogy másnap nem lehet beszállni az autóba, mert mindkét oldalról pár centire áll a szomszéd.
A szállodának NINCS WELLNESS részlege - az egy azonos néven futó, különálló objektum, ami a garázsból megközelíthető - ahova szálló vendégként körülnézni sem engedtek be, erre a "wellness" recepciós hölgy ingerülten hívta fel a figyelmünket, majd adott egy árlistát... Nem ez volt a fő szempont, de egy hosszú séta után jól esett volna.
A játék szoba kiábrándítóan üres és leharcolt, ami annak fényében, hogy mennyi gyerekes család volt érthetelen.
Utólag próbáltam keresni fényképet a szállodáról, de egyet sem találtam. Ezek szerint semmit sem volt érdemes megörökíteni.

Liked the modern chic, my check in receptionist oleksander, so welcoming and friendly, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great location, quiet. Solid breakfast.
No extraction fan in toilet, no fridge in room and being charged £7 sterling for a big bottle of evian water.
