El colchón, estuve dos noches y me dijeron que todos eran iguales, hacía mucho tiempo que en un hotel de cuatro estrellas no me cobraban el agua , consumimos 2 botellas nos las reclamaron, ( las suelen poner de cortesía) también habíamos pagado el parking y la misma persona de de recepción lo ponía en duda, cuando fue ella quien lo cobró

Pros:

Perfectly acceptable hotel with two major exceptions: the elevators were extremely slow and not programmed very well. To enter the parking lot, you needed to check in first - reception did not respond to the bell provided on site. Otherwise the room was very quiet, the shower and towels were great.

estadia agradável. o hotel não é de evitar mas não me seduziu.

- parque de estacionamento em frente do hotel
- elevador só funcionava com cartão magnético
- bar e restaurante
- varanda do quarto
- localização
- limpeza

Cons:

- ausência de bidé
- quarto de banho sem equipamentos de conforto, nomeadamente sem sabonete sólido (não gosto apenas em líquido)
- tábua / "mesinha de cabeceira" exígua, as coisas caiam-me facilmente para o chão
- quarto demasiado sóbrio para 4 estrelas

Boa relação qualidade preço.
Pros:

Relação qualidade preço muito boa, boa localização, quarto com boa comodidade, colaboradores, muito prestável.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço é um poco caro 16€ por pessoa,, o valor justo seriam 10€..
Por isso não tomei o pequeno almoço no hotel.

It would have been nice to have had some complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room of a 4 star hotel. Mattress and pillows were adequate but could have been a little softer.
