Pros:

Gostei da localização ,da limpeza ,e da cama .

Cons:

O café é razoável , por isso deveria estar no valor da diária
Do restaurante .
não funcionar no sábado e no domingo Não ter um funcionário para auxiliar com as malas , por eu ser uma pessoa com 74 anos, assim como qq pessoa que precise de ajuda.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Braga with underground parking
Pros:

The location is excellent, in the centre of Braga, and with underground parking (paid 15 Euros per day but it was worth it). The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a large bed and good size bathroom. Also had a mini fridge which we didn't expect. It had a balcony overlooking the streets so could be a bit noisy, but it was still nice to sit out. have a coffee and watch the world go by. The room had air-conditioning. Communication was good, they would answer messages very quickly. We did use the restaurant which was reasonably priced and the food was very nice, with a good choice. The swimming pool was closed for the season (end of September) so obviously didn't use.

Cons:

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was very slow and unsecure so just ended up using our phones in the end.

Pros:

Aamiainen monipuolinen ja sisälsi runsaasti raikkaita vihanneksia ja hedelmiä. Pastel de Nata-leivokset kruunasivat kahvihetken!

Très grosse déception pour cet hôtel Mercure, qui est pourtant censé être un établissement de qualité.
L’hôtel vous promet une piscine, mais à notre arrivée, celle-ci était fermée. On nous explique qu’elle aurait été fermée exceptionnellement plus tôt. Le lendemain matin, l’ouverture était prévue à 10 h, mais la piscine n’a finalement jamais ouvert de la journée.
Autre mauvaise surprise : en arrivant dans la chambre, le gel douche était complètement vide. Nous avons donc été obligés d’aller en demander à l’accueil à 23 h !
Pour un hôtel Mercure, c’est vraiment très décevant et le niveau de service n’est clairement pas à la hauteur. Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience et nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet établissement.
Il y a beaucoup d’autres hôtels bien meilleurs dans les environs. Hôtel à fuir si vous recherchez un minimum de confort et de service.

Necesita .poder izarse,zona de piscina obsoleta y anticuada,está bien pero por el precio del hotel es una pena que no esté más modernizada.
El desayuno bastante pobre para el tipo de hotel.
