O quarto muito antigo ,o fogão da era do gelo ,e quando faz comida o fogão solta um cheiro forte que impregna o cheiro na cortina e estofados ,o ar do quarto não estava funcionando bem ,chamei a manutenção mas não resolveu

The rooms are very outdated, dark, and in need of renovation. The furniture and overall appearance make the property feel much older than advertised.

One of the most disappointing aspects was the bedding. Instead of proper pillows, it felt like we were sleeping on decorative cushions, which made it very uncomfortable.

Another issue is that the hotel charges $10 for every package received. This is an excessive fee, especially for guests staying several days and ordering essential items during their trip.

The location is convenient, but the condition of the rooms and the extra charges do not justify the price. I expected a much better experience.

For the price will definitely return again. Have stayed here twice already.
Pros:

Perfect location and great price.

Cons:

Not truly cleaned. Empty bags of chips tucked under and in couch. Didnt replace towels daily but took used ones.

Pros:

The rooms were cleans and the location was a plus!!! Near most attractions.

Cons:

Only 5 devices were allowed to connect to wifi.
If you wanted to add additional you had to pay an additional fee.
I've never had any issues in that perspective in any other hotel/ suites.

The “upgraded” room has issues with the sub flooring bowing, scratches on the wall. Furniture scratched and mis matched and remotes were dirty
