Parc Corniche Condominium Suite Hotel

Rooms were clean and comfortable but needs to have upgrade to a modern field and look still looks like 1990s. They offered a modern room for charge all rooms should be the same cost

Quick check in. Nice guy at the front desk. They have a 24 hrs store at the lobby which is nice if you forget something. The rooms were clean and smelled clean. Over all very satisfied with our stay.

Great staff

Really old place, the original room I booked turned out to be a room from 1930s untouched. Paid additional to newly renovated flat. It had broken mesh screens, sticky living room remote, partially working bedroom report. The kitchen didn’t have a sponge and house keeping did not do anything other than replace towels.

Is close to Seaworld and Aquatica, good option to stay in this hotel

Stayed here with my daughter for volleyball tournament. It was a great price for the space you get. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The room is a bit older, but well maintained. Kitchen area was newer.

When we arrived the hot water was not working. They handled it well, offered us another room just to shower in for that night until they could fix it next day. They fixed it next day no trouble.

Had to book totally last minute because we did not look carefully enough at the other hotel we booked which was terrible. So happy we found this place, it was so comfortable and a great price. Will for sure look here next year.

We had a wonderful stay!

Stayed in a two bedroom two bath condo with a full living room, dining area and kitchen. Surprised to find such an affordable and well kept property. All of the employees we encountered during our 3 day/2 night stay were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, check-in/ check out was a breeze, pool area was nice although the chairs could use a little updating. But for the price point I don’t mind it at all. We have a new place to stay when we drive up from South Florida. It’s also a convenient distance from all the parks and stores.

The property was grime but the rooms need to be updated. The fold out couch seemed broken and uncomfortable and there was a musky smell when you turned on the air conditioning.

Check in was an ease. Apartment was remodeld to a more updated feel. Beds were comfy. Noise does carry from upstairs residents, hearing them walk around and such. Another downside to the room was that an apparent window leak was allowing rain inside leaving us a nice little pool on the floor. The resturant food was so so...service was horrible, only 2 employees attending tables when the place was getting filled with people. Waited over an hour for my second serving of unlimited taco night! Overpriced as well.

Our Stay was ok. They came in and changed our towels and emptied the trash but the sheets or pillow cases wasn't and we were there for a week. Also note that the washer and dryer was not located in the room. It was on the 3rd floor and we were on the 1st floor and it was $3 per wash and $3 per dry.

This is a great place to stay with a family has all the basic needs for a family there

Charged extra at check in for “cleaning” fees, room was dirty on check in and furniture was very very old. Everything was old.

I were in Orlando for my daughters volleyball tournament. We travel several times a year for her to play which adds up. I am always looking to find a nice and affordable place to stay. I use Hotels.com almost 100% of the time looking at price, comments in reviews, amenities, and location.

Parc Corniche was shown to me by another parent. I looked at it and rebooked from another hotel around the corner to this condo. We had a one bedroom unit with full kitchen, dining and living area. It was newly remodeled with a lot of space. It was clean and nice.

The property is an older property and it appears they are renovating rooms. if you book, I would get a renovated room. It may cost a little more, but it has Vinyl flooring compared to carpet. the kitchen had the basics and full refrigerator. We were able to eat all breakfast and lunches at the condo. We elected to eat dinner in a restaurant with other families, but you could easily cook dinner in the condo.

The pool is smaller than some of the other nicer resort complexes for the number of units. But, it is about the same size as any regular hotel like the one I originally booked.

For the price, I would definetely stay at this condo again!

Great restaurant but the rooms need to be updated

Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable stay. The A/C unit made a loud banging noise every time it shut off—almost every hour throughout the night. On top of that, staying in Building 9 meant dealing with extremely loud frog or wildlife sounds that went on all night. It was one of the worst nights I’ve had at a hotel in terms of sleep quality.

The place and rooms need remodeling everything is old and not working properly.

Location was great.

Place was OK. The restaurant food was decent a little outdated, but it wasn’t bad.
