Good location close to the highway, bring a laptop so you have backup to watch movies or play games
Pros:

bed was comfy, kitchen facilities were great I loved having a full size refrigerator and enough counter space for my own coffee pot. And KIM the front desk manager (I think) is very nice and I wish she could be here all the time but I know she has a life

Cons:

TV did not work consistently, many times for days at a time and one of the front desk workers did not care at all and told lies to me about it being fixed. She pushed the details of it being fixed to the next shift and they had no idea of what was happening. She hung up on me when I called the front desk to report it not working one Sunday because she said I already called and I said I couldn't have because I just got home and she continued to tell me I did and when I raised my voice saying I just got back from being out all day I couldn't have called she hung up on me. I proceeded to go downstairs, and yes I was VERY heated, as most peoples reaction is when they get hung up on!! Needless to say, it was a horror show in the lobby! My language was much to be desired but nonetheless I am the customer and SHE WAS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quartos limpos e espaçosos.
Lavandaria disponível.
Localização era prática para uma visita a Boston, ficando a apenas 5 minutos de carro da estação de Quincy Adams, que tem linha vermelha direta para o centro de Boston.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço "grab and go" deveria ter maior variedade, incluindo por exemplo leite, fruta e pão, sendo que as opções disponíveis se limitavam a flocos de aveia, água e café quentes e madalenas de chocolate.
Se quiséssemos ter pratos ou outros equipamentos de cozinha era necessário requisitar.
O WiFi não funciona bem.

Because of the above I would definitely think twice about staying there. The pice charged did not meet my expectations.

It was very convenient.

Cons:

I was astounded at the dirty entrance floor and reception counter. Also the hallway carpet on the second floor was a disgrace. It hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time and had two prominently stained spots.
The room itself was ok although the windows look as if it’s been years since they were cleaned at all.
The cleanliness of your place really speaks to your respect or lack of respect of the people who stay there. I have to say I personally felt hurt by your lack of care.
Hire more people and do a better job.
