Cons:

I had an event at 6pm, they said I could check in at 1pm, and then around 1pm they called me and said I couldn't check in until 6 due to a water issue. This was unreliable, terrible, and put me in a horrible situation to figure out another solution. They were not helpful at all.

Room was clean Tia was amazing at check in and tried her best to help us with an issue through the booking site

Cons:

The overpowering smell of weed, the whole building was very dated, the elevator is extremely shaky, the beds were uncomfortable, not many lights in the parking lot , the "breakfast" was some fruit and cereal cups at the front desk. There were lots of sketchy people walking around.
