The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was easy to control the temperature. The bed was comfy. All around a good place to stay.
The AC/ fan unit was a bit loud when it ran.
Pillows were ok
Old dirty rooms ' very dated hotel - partner who was with me was there 23 years ago and bits not been decorated since
Heating system is old and noisy
If I hadn't been travelling 24 hours I would have walked straight back out
The location was perfect for what I was in winnipeg for, and the suite i was staying in was very quiet and comfortable. Also we enjoyed the lounge which had a lot of entertainment and the swimming pool the hotel had to offer.
I found that the room had cold spots , like the washroom didnt have any heat, and the TV didnt have proper remotes to change the channels . Also the free morning breakfast needs an option for hot or warm eggs , that would be excellent..
Friendly staff, ample parking, close to many amenities such as gas station, grocery stores, and restaurants, etc. Good wifi and pool/hottub availability.
Had a faint cigarette smoke from the room, found some half eaten snacks that wasn't cleaned up from previous stay, no elevator, and building needs to be renovated as it feels and looks like from the 90's.
Service was great and the bed was very comfortable.
That our room was beside the pool and the children were still playing close to 1:00 Am, my sleep was disturbed twice .
Le sourire du personnel , le petit dej compris
The pool and jacuzzi
We missed the breakfast, They took it out very early.
Staff was simply amazing! Everyone... from desk to cleaning staff to maintenance. You are fortunate to have such an amazing team.
On the last night I found an area of the wallpaper by the window that was lifting. There were some black spots there. Maybe check it out, might need a little wiping down.
The convenience of the breakfast and the location to the highway
Although this hotel has a great pool and hot tub area in the center of the building, the place looks tired
Hallway carpet looks worn and in need of a cleaning
We stayed in a room that had a door that directly accessed the pool area. The room was stuffy and the air conditioner was not blowing cool air. The room was clean but it is definitely dated.
For a Wyndham property we expected more!
Travelodge Winnipeg East is just off Highway 1 and near the centre of Winnipeg with shops and restaurants nearby. There is a bar restaurant on site, but across the car park is Salisbury House family-style diner.
There is easy access to plenty of parking. This is a large hotel on two floors built around the inside pool area. The pool and hot tub is a welcome addition in this budget price bracket.
The room was large and well equipped with coffee maker, microwave, TV and fridge. The bathroom had a tub with shower over. Soft towels and plenty of hot water. Good quality Dove toiletries. The beds and chairs were comfortable. The room seemed clean.
The corridors were drab and not so clean with worn he carpet and poor lighting.
Reception staff were efficient and helpful.
The bar was noisy or buzzing depending on your attitude.
Breakfast buffet was adequate with hot and cold items which were regularly topped up.
great staycation with family.. we had 3 rooms poolside... the continental breakfast had something for everyone. Beds and rooms were comfortable.. the lounge is a nice touch, to have a drink and play VLT's if you wish. The front desk staff were very accommodating, check in, check out very seamless. Cant wait to return , My grandkids loved the pool and hottub...
Staff , was very friendly, good location
But would never come here again.
Waking up to screaming kids in the pool.
Was put in a room, where there was no outside window, just a window to the bricked hallway.
Floor around toilet is black stained, and sticky frrom water damaged mold underneith the linoleum.
Service super good service
No carpet
