Staff service
Hope the breakfast could do better
Sink was clogged
room was good size
Its location. The lady cashier in the bar area, she is lovely and very professional.
The room is small and has an odd smell. The receptionist is not accommodating. The indian server who serve the wrong tacos order in the bar, after highlighting it with them, he gave an awful attitude after giving the correct order.
Ok for one night
Location
Carpets were worn badly especially in hallways and common areas. Fixtures were dated. Had to complain to front desk about loud guests around pool at 10:20pm Front desk person was surly, but the noise was dealt with. Breakfast was minimal and the milk smelled off two days in a row.
Cleanliness. On site restaurant. Friendly staff. Eager to help. Pleasant stay
Smokers location too close to rooms. Near window when they are talking outside.
Staff was friendly and polite.
Pillows were uncomfortable.
I did have excellent decaf coffee which I enjoyed it in my room.
Pillows were far too deep.
Convenient location. On-site pub.
Not the fault of the property, but there was a large group - looked like a team of some sort - that was extremely loud in the morning. They weren’t just talking - they were SCREAMING in the lobby. Not great for those of us in rooms close by who were still sleeping.
Comfy bed
Breakfast wasn’t the best, stale baked goods and fruit that’s well past its prime.
I checked in on booking app with notifying them I had a pet. After getting to my room, staff came and said because I had a dog they had to move me rooms. I was annoyed, and asked staff to move my bags that were still on the cart, the same bags that were in the office while I waited for a room. The sales manager Suzanne Cave told me with attitude that they cant touch my bags and belongings, that they dont do that. The guy at front desk was gonna move bags until she told him not to. At this point I was irate. Told her fine keep the bags im not moving them. At this point she advised guy at front to call cop. I grabbed my dog and left. I walked all the way to agnes Street in west side because I had no belongings at all. I booked 3 days because my house just burnt down a couple days before. I've never been treated like this anywhere, let alone Ina hotel.
